Repel Reverse Folding Umbrellas for Rain, Windproof, 46 Inch Large Coverage

This is without a doubt the best umbrella I've ever owned and I've owned a LOT! It comes in a little case with a shoulder strap (what a great idea for freeing up your hand while waiting for rain!) and opens and closes so easily, pointing the water AWAY from you. It's sturdy AND attractive. The minute I tried it I ordered two more for Xmas gifts. These reverse umbrellas are brilliant and this is the best I've seen of all of them.

This is my 3rd Repel Reverse Folding Umbrella. I requested and received the first one as a gift, and I appreciated it for a few months before it disappeared without a trace. I had to replace that one becuase I had quickly grown accustomed to the excellent design feature that allows you to fold the wet side of your umbrella into the interior, and away from all things you would like to keep dry. My Repel Umbrella is definitely my umbrella of choice. In addition to the clever design, which also allows it to compactly stand on its own to drain and dry, it is also a well-made and sturdy product. I have had no issues with any stitiches coming loose or ribs bending or breaking, and it has held its own nicely through some stormy wind gusts. People comment on the bold designs and high functionality of these umbrellas, and my experience thus far leads me to believe the form and function are matched by the quality of the product. So, Repel Reverse Folding Inverted Umbrella #3 is going in my cart now for a little holiday gift-giving later...

Had my umbrella for just over 5 years, and one of the ribs snapped during a recent storm. Sent an email to their customer service and had a new one coming to me in the mail absolutely free literally a half hour later. Great product, great customer service, and they stand by their lifetime warranty. Definitely impressed!

I’ve had this umbrella for years now. It has wide coverage, the way it unfolds outward to let you step out under a dry canopy, and its ability to stand on its own are nice upgrades. If the canopy frame were a bit stronger, it would’ve earned a 5-star rating. A few times in strong winds, the outer-most parts have folded back on me. Other than that, it’s a good buy.

I bought 10 of these for myself and as holiday gifts for my family, and they were a hit! The umbrellas are sturdy, easy to use, and those with designs are pretty (the pictures on the Amazon site show them well). It is a pleasure not to have to fight with the umbrella when getting in and out of the car or through doors, and especially nice that you don't get wet when you do it. I have only 2 minor negative observations - when it stands on it's own after using it, it drips water on the floor, and it is a little more bulky than a standard umbrella. Despite this, I think these are great umbrellas and a great invention!

This is truly a solid umbrella. I live in a climate that rains hard for a short period of time every day and I trust this umbrella to do the job. It has a wide coverage area and when wet stands tall until it dries. My only complain is the Velcro strap that ties it together is situated right in your viewing area when you grab the handle grip and walk. It's a little annoying. I am not sure if it is something that could be moved around to the back, but with the handle shaped to hold you hand, it is not easy to move it around. Excellent product overall.

I really like this reversible umbrella! It feels sturdy, opens and closes easily, and does a great job keeping me dry. The reverse-folding design is especially convenient because it helps prevent water from dripping everywhere when I get inside the car. Compact, practical, and well made definitely a great umbrella for rainy days.

Been looking for a good, portable umbrella. I've tried a few and was skeptical about this umbrella since it opens the opposite way than most, but I actually found that this has helped with getting out of and into the car when it's raining, and also prevents a lot of water from dripping off of the umbrella when I close it and set it in my backseat after I've gotten into my car. The size is also a pretty good width for a portable umbrella. It's obviously not going to hold up to the size of a golf umbrella, but I'd say it's wider than most portable umbrellas I've bought. So far, it's been great but we'll see how it holds up over time.

This umbrella even beats my very expense BLUNT umbrella. Its handles well on windy days, very sturdy, easy to hold, raise and lower. It never leaks, even if it is pouring rain. The only downside, it only adequately covers one person, due to it's small size.

Postage took a while, but the umbrella itself appears to be of good quality. It's only rained once since I received it, and it did the job well

The canopy is in top shape, resists wind beautifully. The handle is an entirely different matter, while holding the main handle with my thumb in high wind it sheared when the wind was blowing in the opposite direction. Its basically a hollow straw. I find the phrase 'only as strong as its weakest chain' is apt here, this means that the no-matter how strong the canopy the handle renders it useless for handling in high wind. The fact that it broke in its first real test is failure of the highest order and to say I am disappointed is an understatement. If I could give 0 stars I would.
