This router is just right for load balancing.
Easy to configure. Web interface is extensive. The quick start guide gives the right instructions to get started. It has been two months using it and I am happy with it.

Worth the price !!
Though it is couple of hundred bucks costlier than other brands. But the performance of this switch is class apart. Go for it!

Potentially good but maybe unreliable
Well, the idea of PoE+ is good but one of PoE+ ports died in a few days after using it. The service center is not located in my city so it is unfeasible for me to get it serviced. My suggestion to this brand is to also include pickup and drop as a service option in case service center is not located in the customer's city.

Not expected from TpLink
Stopped working after 20 days of use. Behaves after restart for about 10 hours or so, after that same behavior. The PoE switch gets disconnected from unlink and downloaded devices completely. Thus making all devices dependent on this switch completely offline.
