Excellent Quality and Perfect for Content Creators! This SMALLRIG video rig kit is fantastic! The build quality is solid and professional, and it’s easy to set up with all the accessories included — LED light, microphone, tripod, and power bank holder. It makes filming, vlogging, and live streaming so much easier and more stable. Everything fits securely, and the quick release system is super convenient. Definitely worth it for anyone serious about mobile video!

Brilliant gadget, Sub-standard Instructions - DiY
This rig is very stable and durable. It’s compact in a carry case with lots of protective foam. What lets it down are the instructions - I spent 2 hours looking for additional resources. The website is not user-friendly. Good luck trying to find help! Tip: you will need a small screwdriver to open the remote wireless cap which sits on top of the handle. The fun starts when you discover It slides off (there are no instructions about this at all). Then you will see 4 tiny screws - you need to undo them all to remove the cover that activates the battery (2032). Ours wasn’t working, we replaced the battery and then it worked. After the shenanigans pairing with different devices worked fine. It’s well designed and good functionality- hopefully this tip will help others!

Remote Trigger does not work. Support on website not helpful.
I'm pretty annoyed by the lack of instruction and support. The remote trigger does not work and will not power on. I've visited their website and the AI bot keeps providing the same instructions I already have or versions in what I assume is Chinese. I've realised that there should be a battery inside but have no idea how to access it despite trying multiple ways to get in. At the very least it should tell you that you will need to buy a battery for it to work and show how to access it. I'm using this for work and have already purchased extra attachments for this already, so making further purchases is annoying. Please can support reach out to me to let me know how to add the battery please.

Ottimo kit (compatibile con MagSafe) che comprende quasi tutto quello che serve per fare riprese con lo smartphone, inclusa una comoda borsa per il trasporto, avrei apprezzato nel kit anche il supporto per i filtri che in alcuni casi risulta indispensabile.
