Although expensive to buy it is the best kirsch flavoured cherries to use when making the filling for a black forest gateau. The cherries are pitted and a large size, not chopped in half.

They're good, but not what I expected.
The cherries are good, but not much different from those in syrup, except that they're much less sweet, which I think is a good thing, because I find the ones in syrup decidedly cloying. But they're NOT the classic cherries in spirit; they're nothing like them. They're so low in alcohol that even a child could eat them! So if you're looking for good cherries for your desserts, definitely buy these, but if you're looking for cherries in spirit, look elsewhere. In fact, if you find them, let me know; they seem impossible to find in the UK.

Quick delivery and good price
I couldn’t find this product anywhere, apart from on Amazon. It was a next day delivery which was great, as the person I was buying them for needed them straight away to make Black Forest Fudge. Quick delivery and good price.
