Probably the best soya milk for coffee
I've tried a few different brands of soya milk for steaming and mixing with coffee (In lattes, flat whites etc.) and this is the best I've tried, much better than the standard alpro soya milk. It steams much more like cows milk, (but definitely not quite the same!), and it doesn't pour quite like cows milk but with some practice you can pour some pretty reasonable latte art. It seems the key is to not heat the milk much above 65/70 degrees (celsius) and not to add too much air. Cappuccinos are more tricky with this milk. When you're pouring add 3/4 of the milk volume as fast as you can, and then pour the pattern on top. If you heat the milk too hot it can curdle when you combine it with coffee, so that's something to be aware of.I don't drink much soya milk in coffee but I think it's the best soya milk I've tasted, and I have friends who do drink soya regularly and they agree that the taste is good. Overall it's a great alternative milk to use with coffee.

Great soya mik for coffee
I needed to stop having dairy products for medical reasons. I tried all the available different soya milk from supermarkets and didn't like the taste and quality of any. I tried a soya latte in Starbucks and enjoyed it. I noticed that they were using "Alpro for professionals"; I then tried to obtain from my supermarket without success. Searching the internet I found this was available on Amazon. It is great for my latte made on my home Gaggia, providing high quality micro foam and a great taste. I am now on my third order of 12 litres, it’s long life milk. It is available as a single litre for you to try before buying a 12 pack. I highly recommend it.

No more curdling
I know that there are some tricks to keep soy milk from curdling in coffees. But I have no patience. I want my coffee when I want it. Usually, I have it black, but when I want something different, I don't want to have a lot of hassle. I saw this soy milk being used in Costa, and loved the results. Single packs of this are rather dear, so I was glad to find multipacks on Amazon for a reasonable price. It's a great product - not just for the use in coffee. I can drink it just like that!

Perfect for lattes and cappucinos
I have tried various brands of soya milk in my gaggia coffee machine without success (the milk usually curdles/separates when heated and doesn't create a good froth). I was recently in my local costa and noticed they used alpro for professionals, so was pleased to find it on amazon, because as the name suggests its usually only available to baristas. I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised when I used it to make a latte, it frothed beautifully and there was no separation and it made a delicious creamy latte. Of course this doesn't taste like normal cows milk but as someone who has tried almost every dairy alternative out there in pursuit of the perfect non dairy latte I can honestly say this is the best I've tried.

It has a good taste - not as sweet as some soya milk ...
i use this for everything from a latte to a splash in a cup of tea. It heats well and doesn't curdle. It has a good taste - not as sweet as some soya milk can be. Everything I want from Soya milk! The pack came well packaged with no damage. Being long lasting and safe to keep in the cupboard it's great to stock up with a multi pack.

Can taste the difference
I spotted the Costa Barrista using this so thought I'd try it out for my coffee machine. Brilliant - would never go back to regular soy milk for coffee.. This just froths and blends better with coffee. Can really see and taste the difference!

As most people have said it is the next best thing to cow's milk and doesn't curdle in coffee
As most people have said it is the next best thing to cow's milk and doesn't curdle in coffee. Was the only problem with my going non dairy, was recommended this and it duly solved it. Have now compared it to Oatley Barista, also excellent but more like full cream milk. This is only 1.9% fat compared to Oatley's 3% so prefer it
