This is a great little box with some pre-cut foam for batteries. Keeps them neat and secure, easy to see which are charged and which are not. Flip them upside down so much easier than having the wife and kids constantly asking which batteries are good etc.

I like the battery case but it is broken upon receiving.

This case is exactly what I was looking for. I obsessively rotate my AA and AAA batteries for my backcountry electronics but it was getting really frustrating to make sure I was using my oldest batteries first. Using this case, I'm able to add a good amount of the oldest ones to make sure they're getting rotated. The foam fits inside the box very well and the holes are the ideal size to securely hold the AA and AAA batteries. The box arrives with the holes still plugged though, so you'll just need to PATIENTLY remove every one of those and don't get too frustrated when half of them end up on the floor! I only use this box in a storage cabinet where it's very well protected. I wouldn't trust it in my gear bag or in my vehicle though. It's just to flimsy. For those kinds of applications, I use several Storacell battery caddies for that purpose though because those things are bulletproof and protect the batteries incredibly well. For the purpose of leaving on a shelf at home, you can't beat this plastic box. Time will tell if the plastic hinge and latches hold up though. I imagine after opening and closing the box several hundred times, something will fail. But, at this price point, I won't be upset to just order another one.

I love this battery case. It holds a lot of batteries, though I would’ve opt for more AA compartments than the CR batteries as I don’t use those much and usually just cut one off and leave the other unopened in the location I store batteries & other things. I love it has a battery tester so now I can determine with certainty which battery is good and which is bad compared to throwing them all away if they don’t work in a product. I got XL case and it doesn’t take up much space which is nice. I really like that it holds both AA and AAA batteries. You do have to remove all the inserts from the cutouts for the batteries which is very annoying but wasn’t too bad to remove.
