Adhesive failures led to an unusable light set up, followed by poor customer service.
Despite the lights being gorgeous, the adhesive was an absolute failure, even on cleaned smooth walls. In less than a month their adhesive pads failed and my entire light setup came crashing down. This resulted in multiple damaged panels that were chipped and dented. The power supply cord prongs were also damaged, making the entire light set up unusable. Adhesive failures aren't covered under the warranty, convenient, despite doing everything right as suggested in their installation manual. I reached out to NanoLeaf customer service and they completely disregarded the information I provided and replied some copy paste information about cleaning walls and textured walls. For the cost of these lights, this is unacceptable. I would not spend money on this company's products.

Beautiful, but complicated to install
They are still not perfectly set up close together. They fell off the wall several times.

Do yourself a favor, get Govee!
I would love to throw these panels away but I spent $300 on them - they've been nothing but a nightmare from day one. The panels constantly stop working or freeze completely. I've restarted my network, reset the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections, replaced the adapter, and tried every troubleshooting step I could find. Nothing has fixed the issue. Support even went silent on me. The only way to get them working again is to crawl under my desk, unplug the adapter, wait about 30 seconds, and plug it back in. Even then, the fix is only temporary - the panels will usually work for another 2–3 days before freezing again. If you're like me and have a clean, organized desk setup with all the wiring hidden and neatly managed, having to do this every few days is incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. What's even more disappointing is that I own multiple Govee products, and not a single one has ever given me problems. These panels... have been completely unreliable and unusable. As I am typing this, these panels are on my wall now on and I am unable to turn it off unless I crawl under my desk.

Wrong plug and won't stick to walls
Very disappointed. Adhesive will not stick to clean painted walls. Overseas power supply,not suitable for Australia, even though this was purchased through the Australian store. These are expensive, but the product is coming across as cheaply prepared and packaged. Inexcusable to have an adhesive product that won't stick, and not being a ld to plug it in at this price. No images in the advertisement gave any indication this was an overseas product
