The actual scooter is great. The company…….. not so much. I’d give them a 1 star rating. I originally ordered the scooter and it was on sale for $350. They apparently “shipped” it with no tracking number. It gets “lost” so they give me a refund. Great. Now I have to re order it and the price conveniently goes up to $550! Seriously?! Thanks to Amazon customer service, they gave me the difference in price back. Not the company. But amazon.

Compré este producto y me resultó de mala calidad contacté al proveedor y me ofrecieron mandarme otra que un cliente había devuelto y acepté ( lo cual no debí haberlo hecho, si el otro cliente la devolvió seguramente por el mismo problema mío que salió defectuoso!!! ) ahora me comuniqué con el proveedor nuevamente y me piden fotos y videos del segundo que me enviaron … no se me hace correcto ni justo …. Realmente no recomiendo este producto 😡

Excellent customer service! Long battery charge. My husband rides it all day and it has never ran down. I would purchase again. The mirrors go in the top , the holes are covered by plastic just poke thru the plastic as you screw them into the slots. Seller replies back fast with any questions.
