Some honest feedback about this laptop: Pros: 1. Quite fast and can handle multi-tasking easily 2. Good Screen brightness/resolution. 3. Looks a premium product 4. Sound quality is good, volume on a lesser side. Speakers are placed at the backside. 5. Starts really fast - generally in 10 seconds 6. All ports present 7. Good value for money 8. Camera is decent for price Cons: 1. USB-C does not support charging and possibly no support for display output (not checked still). That means you have to carry charger (it has a different pin size) 2. No fingerprint sensor/any additional features 3. Battery life is on a lower side. 3 Hours normal use condition. 4. No keyboard backlit

Basic device. The only thing that this device was doing was running browsers chrome and opera and MS Office apps. 15 months after purchase. The device stopped booting up. Never been dropped, never been exposed to smoke or even sunlight. The way the device just said 'not today' clearly reeks of planned obsolescence.. not buying acer after this.. my acer nitro 5 also died the same way.. I am beyond frustrated.. slightly depressed and turning to engineers after this

I am so disappointed with the laptop charger. Its one yer did nit completed and my charger was not working and when i called the costumer care to avail the warranty and replace the charger but he said my charger is not cover in the warranty even Acer costumer service is very pathetic. That costumer care representative was too annoying He was too loud with us. So i am very disappointed with the laptop charger warranty and customer service

So far so good I only use it for gaming, Games I've played so far in this laptop: Valorant Gta v Warframe Cs2 Csgo Gta 4 Euro Truck Simulator 2 Minecraft Pros: Very good price to performance, The apu is capable of playing AAA games, you just need to play around with the settings here and there. The fan speed is kinda annoying when it ramps upto 100% but that's not usually always happening. Temps are good does not goes above 75°C for me. Cons: I'm noticing screen bleeding tho from the first day so that's an issue I did not request replacement since I use an external monitor with this so it kind of felt useless. Another point I would highlight is that the laptop only comes with single channel ram and for gaming you need dual channel since this laptop does not has a dedicated gpu, and apu requires dual channel ram to perform at its maximum performance, Although single channel is fine if you don't plan on gaming, but if you're gaming on single channel ram on this laptop be sure to expect 50-60% less performance than the youtube reviews of vega 7 apu.

The performance is unreal, the display is not bleeding and the build is very good. Display 5/5 Battery 4/5 Performance 10/5 Keyboard 4/5 Trackpad 4/5 RAM/storage 5/5 Sound 3.5/5 It isn't backlit but that's the only compromise. The port selection very good. The sound isn't low but it sounds a bit muffled. The bluetooth and wifi are seamless compared to other windows laptops.
