Linkind Matter Smart Plug, Work with Apple Home, Alexa, Siri, Google Home

I found this kit super easy to setup with the AiDot app. The plugs enter pairing mode as soon as you plug them in, and the app detects them right away with no issues. I have a full fletched home automation system running Home Assistant in my home, but I purchased this for my parents house. First, for about $30 you get four plus and the remote. My parents are not going to be using the app or a voice assistant, so the remote is a most. I plugged in the outlets, paired them with the app, then setup the remote configuration in the app as well. Setup is impressively easy. I have one button in the remove controller three outlets at the same time, and another button the forth. My mother was so impressed she was already talking about adding more. The cool thing about this kit is that you can use the outlets with any Matter controller. That means you can set this with other home automation controllers and voice controllers as well. I am very impressed with the product and would by again.

Replaced my Wemos that stopped getting support and kept dropping out. They have worked great and fairly quick to set up

These are really cool Smart Plugs as they are easy set up for use and also having a remote.

THE SETUP INSTRUCTIONS, ENCLOSED AND ONLINE, DID NOT MATCH UP WITH THE METHOD THAT WAS FORCED ON ME WHEN "IN" SETUP ON THE PHONE. I HAVE SOME CONCERNS ABOUT IT, BUT, I FINALLY GOT THE SMART PLUGS WORKING (4 WITHOUT A REMOTE, AND 4 WITH A REMOTE). PROGRAMMING THE REMOTE ALSO WAS A BIT OF A CHALLENGE, THOUGHT I HAD ALL 4 PROGRAMMED, AND THEN THE LAST ONE I INSTALLED AFTER A FEW DAYS, DIDN'T WORK (I'LL PROBABLY SKIP IT, SINCE IT WAS SUCH A CHALLENG TO START WITH. THE GOOD NEWS ON THE REMOTE, WAS FOR THE OTHER 3 BUTTONS, THE REMOTE SEEMED TO HAVE PRETTY GOOD RANGE FROM ONE SIDE TO THE OTHER SIDE OF AN OVERSIZED GARAGE.

These are perfect to control the lamps and secondary lighting in my office. I mounted the remote to the wall with command strips and it’s like having a wireless light switch.

Great plugs

I bought these to control Christmas Tree lights in a Church. These worked well. The remote took a little figuring out, but eventually I was able to configure it the way I wanted. The timer function works well. It was easy to add to an Alexa system for voice control.

Half the switches don’t work, but the other half does… I’m not super happy but the ones that work work well?
