Simple, comfortable, surprisingly sturdy
I purchased two of these bluetooth headsets, one for me and one for my dad. The quality of the sound is good, and there is no static when in proper range of my phone. I find that I can move about 20-25ft away from the phone, but beyond that the popping and static starts.Volume can be a problem, but it seems to be associated more with the caller than with the headset; I have trouble hearing certain callers but not others, and it should be noted that the volume controls on the headset do not help much with the quiet callers. The inflexible nature of the clear earpiece means that if I have it in a bad position, it becomes extremely uncomfortable. However, with a little tweaking, I am usually able to find a good position, and then I hardly notice it and can wear it for longer periods of time. The longest I have worn it is for a four-and-a-half hour car trip. When not in use, I keep it in my coat pocket or canvas bag. The earpiece looks fragile (and I'm sure if stressed too much or stepped on, it would break) but it has survived so far being jostled around among keys, notebooks, my cell phone, and all the other junk in there. I am surprised at how sturdy it is.Bottom line: I would recommend this headset to a friend. You can't beat it for the price.

Loved It
Im a college student and my parents and friends are always calling me to keep in touch. The only problem was that I was usually quite busy, doing homework, studying, watching tv, playing xbox, etc, so when they called it was such a hassle because I would either have to stop everything I was doing or hold the phone to my eat uncomfortably with my shoulder so I could still use my hands. Couldnt put it on speaker because I would pretty much have to yell for them to hear me. So this device was a life saver. Absolutely love it, some people may criticize for not being able to play music through your phone, etc but for me the device did exactly what I wanted it to do. Answer and hand up on calls, the voice quality on both sides was flawless, people can hear me when I have the tv blaring while playing xbox, and it is comfortable. A lot of time cant tell its even on there. The functionality is great to, a volume button, and a multifunction button. Super easy to use. Highly recommended, my mom and dad both got one after I let them borrow mine.

Used and Abused
I purchased the Samsung WEP460 Bluetooth Headset to replace a Motorola because I was having a hard time hearing incoming calls and all conversations.I was so excited to receive my package before the date it was due to arrive.Upon opening, I was discouraged to see the Bluetooth package had obviously been opened previously and re-taped. Even the directions brochure included appeared to be "used".The final disappointment was when I plugged the unit in to charge and get ready to use my new Blueooth!!!! A red indicator light was to appear while charging and change to blue when complete. Well no light appeared at all!I took the set to a local Radio Shack where I had seen the same unit a few days prior. Of course they were sold out as this was a "black Friday" item. The kind gentleman did look at the unit for me and said the charger was defective. My local Verizon store told me this unit had been "retired" for quite some time.I am so very disappointed. I realize there is going to be electronics out there that have problems. However, to ship me an item that was obviously either sold and returned before or sent knowingly broken is not okay with me.I am a frequent shopper on Amazon. This really has made me more cautious. On a good note, returning the item was very simple. I just went on Amazon and stated I needed to return the item. The very next day a UPS driver was at my door with a label for the package to be returned. Now I will wait to see if the entire amount is going to be credited to my account (shipping cost??). This is the first item I have had to return. Hopefully the last.

Not bad for the price.
My Motorola H700 started having problems, the people on the other end could barely hear me. I had no idea what the problem was or how to fix it. I only knew I needed a new bluetooth headset and I really didn't want to pay $35 on up for one. So I stumbled across this unit and thought I'd give it a try.PROS:Good sound quality. Can hear others great and others can hear you. It's very inexpensiveCONS:Not as stylish as Motorola or other brands.I find it difficult to put on sometimesThe ear pieces that stick in your ear are hard plastic and start to cause pain after a while (maybe it's just me but I don't think things sticking in my ear)Turning the unit on or off is not as easy as bluetooths that flip open - add that to the fact that you have to push down on the unit (essentially jamming the ear piece in your ear further) and it can be quite painfulThe bottom line is you get what you pay for. I tried to save $20 and now wish I hadn't. I will probably buy the Motorola after all and just use this as a backup. If you don't mind hard plastic things sticking in your ear and are on a tight budget this might work for you. If you can afford a little more just step up to something a little pricier.
