If you buy it used, be sure to check for missing parts.
There was a filter cartridge missing in the package! Hopefully the seller will make it Right? The pitcher it's self is very good. I like the fact that the filter fits snug into the slot of the pitcher which my last one did not.

Great product
I was skeptical at first because we have really hard water.. I would have to replace coffee pots every 6 months even with regular cleaning. I find this filter pitcher works really well with hardly any calcium deposits build up! In coffee pot or our pets water bowl! Highly recommend

Fits nice on your counter.
This is my 1st water filter system and I purchased based on the price and that it came with filters. I absolutely love it. I stopped buying bottled water and use this instead. I didn’t realize how much water I use. I have a lot of plants and they benefit from this too! I highly recommend. Great customer service.
