Whole Black Cardamom pods
The quality of these are great compared to other brands I've used. lovely strong fresh aroma as soon as bag is opened. I Usually fry these in a little oil for 20-30 seconds, with few other spices before adding my marinated meat to begin my curries, and few oriental dishes, it really enhances flavour of dishes and gives a lovely Smokey/earthy enhancement. I really recommend these Natco Black Cardamoms to other Brands.
