Impressed. I returned a much higher end Elite book that was ridiculously slow. This laptop seems great. Fast. Good sound. Camera and resolution could be a tad better but I am very happy so far. Free Office Apps is awesome. And the USB extra thingy they sent comes in handy.

I'm going to start this by saying that I'm coming to HP from a 13in macbook pro. That might alter your feelings of my review so I wanted to be transparent. I like this computer. I WANT to love it but for now it's a like. It's been exactly 3 months now of consistent everyday use. Here's my review: Pros: Durable - my 3 year old is getting into computers. Pray for me but this is holding well. Screen Size - I love that it's the biggest computer screen in the house. Keyboard - very comfy and not tooo loud. Side set of numbers - I'm sure there's an official word for this but having the numbers on the side like a regular keyboard is BEYOND amazing. Cons: The sound sucks. Absolutely sucks. SUCKS. Like Omg, the day that I HAVE to stream something from here - I might just ugh.. It's terrible. I'd rather use my phone. Mouse trackpad thing - it's the loudest thing in the world. The "click" yells at you. My wife said it's a tenor. Lagging - My wife reminded me that I can't plug my iPhone into this computer and do anything. If I'm charging my phone from my computer - the computer lags. Weird. This has never happened to me on any device in my years of living. If it has, it wasn't noticeable. This computer has earned it's 4. I do like it. I really wish I could love it. UPDATE: this device has a one year warranty and even though I passed the year time frame, once I reached out to the seller, they fixed every single issue and returned my computer way sooner than expected. The trackpad is still loud but the audio quality is SIGNIFICANTLY better AND i can plug things into the device and still use it. I’ll give it a 5 now.

Boots up quickly. Decent screen quality but the viewing angle has to be correct for the best image. If viewe the side side or not at the right tilt it will look washed out slightly.

If I could give this 0 stars I would - does not work, won’t reset and keeps turning off during an update. I have only used it 5 times and it is horrible. Do not buy.

Recieved broken but repaired

Bought as a replacement for the older version. If it is as reliable as the last one I'll be happy. Good work machine.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I love it and it’s very fast no lagging

I assumed that a laptop with kind of processing power and memory could support multiple monitors like my 7 year old HP Spectre 360 laptop did. Not the case. Only supports one monitor which is insufficient for my needs. I returned it and purchased something else.
