After buying 6 different "Android Auto / Apple Carplay screens" to fit into my 2012 Volt and finding none of them performed to my expectations (my other car is a 2021 Mazda 3, with factory Android Auto, so my expectations were to match that; stupid me, I know. How dare I have high hopes for a product category). I ended up returning all of them and instead, tried a few devices that'd receive bluetooth audio from my phone, and transmit it to the car via an audio cable while powering through a simple USB port. I attempted to get my hands on one of those Anker Roav devices with Google Assistant, but I simply couldn't find any at a reasonable price (are those discontinued? I remember hearing about those a few years ago and though it'd be a good addition to my car if my vehicle didn't have a built-in solution; like my current 2012 volt; but, couldn't find any similar products anymore). So, fine, this one doesn't let me call up the assistant and ask to send a whatsapp message hands-free, but audio quality is great, microphone is good as well; and the addition of physical, pressable buttons for play/pause, rw and ff are an absolute must for me. If there was one thing I'd change, it'd be the colorful light ring around the whole thing. I get the use of a power light, but I'd much rather have a cleaner status led somewhere to keep a simple look in my car, rather than a multi-colored static light that's always on. All in all, I would totally buy this product again and recommend it to anyone with similar needs to mine. A simple, high quality way of adding physical controls and bluetooth audio RX to your car or home stereo.

Works perfect in my kiddo’s 12 year old Honda. Has no trouble connecting to iPhone Bluetooth, allows great sound, not crackly or distant sounding. Easy to connect and cheaper than some alternatives.

This was the Bluetooth aux I've been looking for. This aux car adapter works as soon as you plug in: it has one split cable so it's less messy, easy to access controls, and comes with two adhesive pads to mount it on your dash. The best part is that it will connect within a second as soon as you power on your car!

Added this to my 2008 MX5 (that I previously added a line input to the Bose stereo). It works GREAT! Plenty loud, no distortion but it's bass heavy. I had to turn the radio bass to zero (was at 3). Bluetooth works great. Connects every time very quickly. Music sounds good. Phone calls are clear. I'm also using a micro SD card in the TF slot. This music also sounds good. The instructions aren't very good regarding using the SD card. This is why I took off one star. With a card inserted the unit defaults to the card AND Bluetooth will not connect. However, I figured out if you press the center button 3 times it will switch over to Bluetooth. If you want to go back to the card press 3 times. When playing music from the card you can skip songs or repeat songs BUT it's going to play whatever music is on the card in order. There's no way to see what's on the card. I wound up putting around 400 songs on the card; sort of a play list. I also like that the light around the device can be turned off. All in all a great product for the price.

Love this. Our car does not have car play. But this is a game changer. Multi phone connection and sounds great. Doesn't take up much space and works great.

I cannot give this adapter enough stars. I have an older iPhone and the physical (lightning) port quit working. All my car stereo's have an AUX port but no Bluetooth. This solved that problem so well that I bought one for each of my vehicles. It connects and reconnects quickly and automatically. There is no lag or distortion that I can hear. The controls/buttons work well and are easy use. I love the volume control and the pause/start. It even powers down if not connected to anything to save your battery. I cannot say enough good things about this unit.

This works great! It replaced another one purchased many years ago. I'm not sure what's changed between then and now, but the clarity and bass reproduction is way better. Only gripe is the rainbow lights around the perimeter. They can be turned off, but you're stuck with the color. Would be nice if that was customizable.

I've have a few different aux Bluetooth adapters but this is hands down the best one I've used. The sound quality is excellent, easy to connect to and plenty loud. Buttons are nice and clickly and the included cords are plenty long. The included double sided tape is also very good. Size it's great next to my head unit. The only improvement I could ask for is the buttons to be illuminated.

The build quality is solid and better than most alternatives, but the main issue is the streaming quality, which is relatively poor compared to other options.

A great bluetooth receiver for the older car with a mini stereo input jack for connecting your cell phone. In my 2009 Lexus this works really well for being able to hear iPhone podcasts and music via my build in car stereo. Clear and reliable sound. The microphones, (apparently 2 mics) located on face of the receiver works very well, I tested several competitive devices and this one was the clearest and best out of the bunch for phone conversations.
