100% Recommend for Back and Front Facing Sleepers
I don’t select the window seat because I don’t like asking people to move so I can go to the bathroom, and I don’t care if I can lean on the window to fall asleep. I’m naturally a back sleeper, so for me this was amazing. It holds your head perfectly, exceptionally, absolutely still, and the eye mask completely blocks all light without hurting your eyes. The eye mask has a molded edge that goes around the socket of the eye, blocking out the light completely; the mask itself never touches your eyelids. I was asleep so fast it was almost embarrassing. Your head won’t move at all, but not in an uncomfortable way. The best way I can describe it is that the eye mask creates a hammock-like effect, gently supporting your head from the front, and the sides corral it, keeping it straight, so that your head moves only slightly but naturally. It’s not stiff, everything is held perfectly in place and you sleep like a baby. I will never, ever get on a plane without this thing again. I sleep very easily on planes anyway, except for the fact that my head always snaps forward, jolting me awake, and I hate it. The flight is miserable and I can’t even enjoy a little cat nap. This solved that problem. If I could never buy one of these ever again, I would try to figure out how to make one myself.

Great for sleeping on a airplane fo $20, Holds your head, blackout mask
Pros: Cheap 20 dollars holds your head in turbulence black out sleeping mask straps around the pillow on the plane Include a small bag to put everything instruction on the back of the head strap to quck instruction. Cons: The cushion could a better on the bottom (and overall) of the sleeping mask like the YIVIEW Sleep Mask that I use regularly Used this on LAX to Korea 12 to 13 hour plane ride in NOV. Holds my head in place when they were medium turbulence on quite a bit of the route. I was looking at the sleeper hold which was $60+ and decided since this may be my only International trip 20 dollars is okay to gamble. Their was a little bit light leak near the bottom so I adjusted the strap to the head rest.

So practical but Bulky.
This is great for when you have a redeye in economy. Doesn’t my any means make you feel like you’re in first class but it does allow you to sleep. The Velcro sticks so well and can hold your big ole head’s dead weight. It is slightly more bulky than I was expecting so does take up a bit of room in your personal item. The only thing I don’t love is that the Velcro is extremely loud so every time you readjust half the plane can hear it. But whatever you’re all stuck in the back of the plane together; who are they to judge!

It works, that's what matters
I am one of those people that cannot sleep on an airplane. I had an upcoming trip to Japan. 13 hours in the air overnight, and I knew I was going to be bedraggled if I couldn't get even a little sleep. the neck pillows do nothing. I can't even doze off a little bit leaning against the bulkhead. And the seats are at a 90º angle anyway. So I searched and searched and found this. What's that? Strap your head to the backrest and prop yourself up like you're Weekend at Bernie's? Ok, let's give it a shot. Did I look ridiculous? Probably. But for the first time in decades, I managed to squeeze in a few hours of sleep on an airplane. Was it super comfy? No it was not. But when you're exhausted, it's good enough. It will be coming with my on any future overnight flights.

Finally sleep on a plane
This is the only way that I can sleep on a plane. I love this pillow/mask. I strap it around the head rest and place the mask across my face. The Velcro is strong and won't allow my head to fall forward or to the side. The side also help keep the noise out. The fabric is silky and soft.

Wasted money.
This was a waste of money. Cumbersome. The Velcro should close in the front not the back. It’s hard to put on and off.

No pillow. Just a big wide strap around your head.
There’s no back-of-the-neck support in this version. Because there’s no pillow, just a four inch wide padded strap that goes around your head at ear level. The mask attaches with velcro to complete the ring that’s supposed to hold your head straight. Which only works if the back of your head is flat. Otherwise you need a rolled up towel for support.

Very happy with it after 4 long-haul international flights
I am surprised about how much I like this! It easily attaches to the headrest of a seat and keeps your posture and head in place while you sleep. It's only useful with the eye mask which acts like a seat belt holding you in place, but the eye mask is very comfortable, large, and really blocks every drop of light. I am very happy I upgraded my flight experience having this. Note that this is NOT in place of a pillow- this is in addition to it. I have had a PureFly pillow for 5 years and use it religiously on every short and long flight, and this fit perfectly with it. The pillow holds your neck and chin and slides below the adjustable headrest on a plane seat, while the Sarisun holds your upper head via the eye mask. There is also a version of this that comes with a chin strap, but I didn't think I needed that. Also, the similar-looking "Inspireyes" pillows are the exact same brand (come in the same exact box) so don't compare the 2.

Better if you sleep on your back but still love it
If you sleep on your back, I imagine this is an absolute dream! I’m unfortunately a side sleeper, so although this product works, I definitely woke myself up a few times twisting and turning. However, that’s so much better than not sleeping at all which is what usually happens to me on a long haul flight! Also, brilliant to not see or hear your fellow passengers for a while (even if you do look a little silly, at least you can’t see yourself!!) Easy to attach to the seat, however only works with seats with head rests (usually long haul these days). I flew with Jet 2 to Cyprus recently and was unable to use this on our night flight home (had to opt for leaning over the tray table- personal hell). Would highly recommend!!!

Best travel pillow I've ever used
Loved this so much i used it on 4 x 11 hr flights since buying and had the best airplane sleep I've ever had. Stops bobble head neck pain and once I was strapped in the muffling of the noise the support for my head and the blocking of the light was really soothing so I found it easier to sleep than normal. When I was awake I'd just unvelcro the eye mask and tuck that in the seat pocket while I ate and watched movies etc the rest can stay strapped onto headrest for the whole flight without being in the way or annoying.
