This is just what I needed to gently help me straighten up my posture, when my back was killing me.I suffer from a bad back anyway, and often use another strap in back support too. But this one helps pull you back a bit more with the over shoulder straps, and keeps you straighter all day.Very soft thick fabric, that seems really strong. Its very comfortable to wear, and doesnt cause any pain. Gives a lot of relief too.Only minor winge is ... if you pull the velcro body straps and shoulder straps too tight around your waist, the plastic buckles that they pull through move into a vetical position, instead of staying horizontal like the should be. This results in the straps turning over a bit and becoming untidy and thinner than they should be. As they should really stay thick flat and neat around your waist, so you cant see them under clothes.Apart from that, a great support with some good strong bones in the back, to hold you in tight and firm.

I ordered a large which according to the size chart would fit me. I’m a 12/14 size it was big on me so ordering a medium.

I've had on off shoulder/lower back pain for some time and this does help to take some of the pressure off. I do feel my posture is better while wearing it but I don't wear it enough which is on me. The product seems well made and its adjustable which is great

I love this, wish I'd wish id bought it sooner, I've lower scoliosis at bottom of spine, w8th lower curve, I've tried all the belts, no offence, didn't happen, but I love fact I can wear this & it doest even shoe through clothes & I don't have to take it off when using bathroom, like the belts, thank you so much ❤️

This is a one size fits all but it is very big, I am 167cm tall about a size 8-10 and the straps go all the way around my back and then they still don’t feel they pull my shoulders enough.

Easy to put on and adjust shoulder straps, feels good on so will see after l've wore it a few times.

Very comfortable . Make sure you select the right size . Was worth the purchase.

Maybe it's because I'm a little chunkier or this is just not built for me, but it's uncomfortable without a shirt which is honestly disappointing. The Velcro strips are very annoying and get wrapped up, I can see it helping with posture, but it's definitely not great.

Looks and feels like good quality. Word is that a a person needs to gradually build up time using this, 10 min a day and increase time slowly...so body gets used to the support gradually.
