These taste great and they give you a rather fun fuzzy feeling in your mouth while eating. However, I was surprised to see the amount of sodium they contain. If you have issues with sodium, be cautious with these.

This is an amazing flavor. The mint lasts a long time and so does the flavor.

I love the flavor of these, and the sparkling part feels good to me. They do have mixed reviews in my house though. We are pretty split. The dislike is the dizziness. But that is one part I really like.
