Dong Quai Tincture - 100ml - (Angelica Sinensis)

I had read that Dong Quai root was the main herb to help bring on a menstrual period.It works by promoting blood flow to the pelvis where it helps support the body to bring back an absent period. It does this by nourishing the blood (it is in nearly all Chinese herbal blood-building formulas because it is iron rich), improving hormonal regulation, and aiding in uterine tone.As I am about all things natural, I ordered a bottle of the tincture as I had not had my period for two months (I was not pregnant) which I think was caused by feeling stress.I received my order on Saturday 28th December and started to take it immediately up to three times a day. I would take it 1st thing in the AM on an empty stomach - by dispensing three full droplets of the liquid into a glass of water.Now today, 4 days later on 1st January my period has returned!!!I will continue to take Dong Quai for its health benefits as it is a 100% natural safe and proven herbal remedy to promote female hormonal balance.

It tastes nasty

I was a little bit worried to try this product but I have heard so many good things about it that I had to try.It is an excellent product and I highly recommend it, just make sure that you know how and how much to use.

I would recommend this product to anybody who would like to regulate their menstrual cycle. I used this after my cycle finished, until I ovulated and it helped me ovulate a lot earlier than usual on just the first cycle using it. Well worth buying.
