It's perfect for what it is
The second one I've owned. It's perfect for what it is ...... a small, easy to use, phone. For calls, texts & reading the time (and for fans of Captain James T Kirk !) it's ideal.

Great phone - so easy
I wanted something simple to use and see, without all the gadgets. This fits the bill, mainly because the display and buttons are so clear and positive. It fits in the pocket well, being small but not so small that a magnifying glass is needed. My kids thought it was 'quite nice', which is probably a polite way of saying it hasn't got a touch screen. Battery lasts well too. I am very pleased.

Does not meet PAD test
Be careful if you are buying for kids/school. The phone gets rejected because it does not meet the PAD test.

Basic phone but ideal for my father hopefully it will last 10 years like his previous one.

Phone OK but delivery charge excessive
Phone is as expected but didn't realise I would have to pay a customs charge & Royal Mail handling fee totalling £11.00 Charger has a continental plug and is provided with an adaptor which is a very loose fit.

Flimsy phone
The phone is a neat compact clamshell but of a very flimsy build, there is excessive wiggle between each side when open. The red phone we got is closer to brown in colour and the illumination of the time etc is so dim it is difficult to read in so far as it may as well not be a feature of the phone.
