They lifted and filled as advertised. Fit perfectly in D cup bra. Has helped my posture significantly. Didn’t rate it higher because they are a little heavy.

I bought 2 different sets of these, one D cup, and one DD cup. My primary reason for purchasing these was to fill in my bra on my smaller side. My breasts are uneven and it changes the way clothes fit me. I typically wear silicone inserts, but I was going to be traveling and was told that it could be an issue, so I wanted something that would not cause security issues. I had the D cup sewn into my swim suit and the DD sewn into my bra. Without sewing them in, they did not stay in place. While they definately did their job and evened me out, they are very stiff. Since I only had 1 side on, I was very self conscious of giving people hugs because it was very obvious that 1 side was hard and the other soft. Ultimately, I took them out of my bra, but will keep it in my suit.

I ordered a D and they’re true to size. Though, they slip around and found myself constantly adjusting them. Though, as seller noted, these are to be sewn in to clothes. They also feel a little cheap. I’ve lost some weight and in desperate need of a lift, till I can surgically lift them. These bra inserts definitely lifted my deflated breasts. Though, don’t hug anyone...lol. I hugged several people and almost all asked “why are your boobs so hard?” It was embarrassing. So, if you don’t sew them into clothes, don’t mind adjusting a lot and avoid human contact, I’d say buy them! Again, they do what they say for sure.
