Best quality you will find
Same as the other reviews, this product is exactly the same as what you get in hands units in big hospitals and although it's expensive, it's the best quality therefore it's worth the money.

Expensive but superb
Bought this as husband chopped his finger off and this product is what Accident and Emergency at hospital used. Veeeeery expensive, but works well, and he's nearly better. What price do you put on a finger?

Keeps the wound nice and clean
Wife cut the end of her finger off and this was the dressing that the hospital used after they had cleaned the wound. This protected her finger really well and we bought some more for recovery and in case of any future injuries. The dressings are very big and there was very little leakage as the wound healed. Wife is OK, just a little pointier than before.

Home treatment for a discharging sore on my shoulder
The product I purchased was to dress the wound with the same dressing that the hospital had used. I did this to save having to keep returning to the hospital, although I am an O A P and have to watch my pennies , the cost was less than that of transport and also cut out the hassle of the A&E Dept. I have no complaints with or about the N H S but there are times when one can carryout D I Y even on ones own person. The sore has reacted to the treatment and the hospital are happy with the results.

Being able to put the bandage on myself and keeping the wound clean preventing infection.
I liked the fact I could put the bandage on myself that it kept the wound clean and dry preventing infection. The only downside was the dressing didn't last very long and was expensive for what it did.

my local A and E used this dressing and because i am 84 and not very mobile, i ordered more on Amazon to avoid trying t0 walk to my local surgery. when i visited my local nurse for a check on the wound, she had not seen this dressing before, and was so impressed with the ease of application she kept the dressing packet for the details on it.
