Will this stick my eye glasses together. they snapped on the nose bridge. i trued gorilla glue and that didn't work. any ideas?

I have used this product to stick soft plastic model tank tracks to hard polystyrene. I'm surprised that Gorilla glue didn't work, as it usually sticks most hard plastics. I don't know what material your specs are made of but my tip would be to make sure the surfaces you want to stick together are thoroughly clean before you start. Hope this helps!

Will this work on hard black plastic with the '5' symbol? I think that means polyethylene & polypropylene

It should do, I have tested it by sticking polypropylene to wood and I destroyed the wood rippi g it off.

Will this provide a strong bond between two pieces of petg?

I do not have a piece of PETG plastic to test it on so all I can tell you is the packet states it is suitable for all plastics. The only things listed as specifically excluded are: expanded polystyrene, glass, synthetic fabric and permanently wet areas. Hope this helps.

Will this bond silicone

Unlikely, silicon requires a special adhesive I think.
