Really don’t like Baileys the drink, as I’m not hugely into alcohol, but I’ll eat anything with Bailey’s in it. I think I’ve managed to convert everyone I know onto these divine chocolates. Lir, the manufacture make gorgeous Irish chocolates anyway, and adding the Bailey’s is amazing. The original bars were the best (used to only be one pound) but expensive now and hard to get hold of. These are good value for the weight

I had the opportunity to review this as part of the Amazon Vine program :) This Baileys chocolate truffle assortment box is actually a pretty decent bit of kit if you want something that feels a bit more indulgent than your standard box of chocolates. You get a good mix of flavours in here – original, salted caramel, strawberry, and birthday cake (which apparently is the “proper” way to do it, according to my mate who reckons he’s a bit of a chocolate expert), and they’re all infused with that unmistakable Baileys flavour. The truffles themselves are smooth and creamy, with a proper hit of Baileys in each one – you can really taste it, especially in the original and salted caramel. The birthday cake and strawberry ones are a bit on the sweet side for me, but if you like your chocolates rich, you’ll be happy enough. The box looks smart and would make a decent gift, but it’s also just the thing for treating yourself after a long week. It’s not the fanciest thing out there, and some of the flavours are a bit strong if you’re not a massive fan of alcohol/Bailey's, but for everyday indulgence or sharing with friends, it does the job. There’s a good mix in the box, and you get a decent amount for the price. If you want a chocolate box that covers all the basics and doesn’t feel cheap, this is a good choice really.

Bearing in mind these chocolates contain the Baileys flavor I wasn't expecting them to be so sweet and sickly and at 63 calories a pop you want to make sure they are worth eating. The contents of the box only fill it about a third of the way too so you aren't getting a box full either. Not the best quality chocolate and all of them taste pretty much the same, if you are looking for a gift I would look for something else they are not what I would class as good quality or value.

Perfect for my Bailey's chocolate lover. Good value and quality. Haven't tasted them yet as they are a gift.
