Absolute monster of a CPU , glad I didn't buy the x3d

Great product, easy to install and working well with my new build, was a good price that I will use for gaming and productivity.

Lightning fast. Don't bother getting an X3D over this. If I could give 4.5/5 I would cause one chiplet is slighly slower than the other. I feel if you get 2 chiplets (8 cores on each) they should be identical. Since X3D version has the same problem I don't drop to 4 stars and this boosts quite a bit higher than that. Which offsets some of the gain of extra cache and sometimes beats it.

The Ryzen 9950x is an extremely powerful processor, don't let people or reviewers tell you otherwise. This thing pummels through multi core tasks and matches the 7800X3D without the X3D technology. This thing is efficient too and runs cooler then last gens 7950X. This is a must buy if you utilise 16 cores and is equally capable in gaming. Another task this CPU is excellent at is PS3 emulation, I can run 4K rock solid 60FPS. Well worth the high price.

Top draw processor . The on board graphics are poor and glitchy even after dowloading the drivers and new updates from the AMD website

CPUn slutade plötsligt att fungera efter ca 4 månader i ett nytt system.Enligt lag ska denna CPU gå att få utbytt. Men detta visar sig omöjligt.

Ótimo processador. Melhorou bastante meus trabalhos que envolvem muito o uso do processador.

Excellent processeur. Je l’utilise sur une grosse configuration et les performances sont franchement impressionnantes.Avec ses 16 cœurs / 32 threads et son architecture Zen 5, le Ryzen 9 9950X est particulièrement à l’aise dès qu’on lui donne du travail : multitâche lourd, virtualisation, compilation, encodage, création de contenu… Il encaisse énormément sans broncher. Les tests indépendants confirment d’ailleurs que ses performances multithread sont l’un de ses gros points forts.En jeu, il est également excellent. Ce n’est pas forcément le choix le plus pertinent si l’objectif est uniquement d’obtenir le maximum de FPS, les Ryzen X3D étant plus adaptés à cet usage, mais pour une machine polyvalente très haut de gamme qui sert aussi à travailler, je trouve le compromis excellent.Le seul vrai point à connaître, c’est la température. Ça chauffe ! Chez moi, même avec un Noctua NH-D15 G2, qui est pourtant un énorme ventirad haut de gamme, le processeur peut monter rapidement en température lorsqu’il est fortement sollicité.Ce n’est finalement pas très surprenant : AMD annonce un TDP de 170 W, une température maximale de fonctionnement de 95 °C et recommande même officiellement un refroidissement liquide pour obtenir les performances optimales. Les mesures réalisées en test montrent également une consommation pouvant approcher les 200 W sur de lourdes charges multithread.Il faut donc vraiment soigner le refroidissement et le flux d’air du boîtier. Ce n’est clairement pas le processeur que je monterais avec un petit ventirad.Mis à part ce dégagement thermique important, je n’ai rien à lui reprocher. C’est extrêmement rapide, très polyvalent et capable d’avaler des charges de travail énormes tout en restant excellent en jeu.Une vraie brute pour une configuration haut de gamme.

16コア32スレッドは伊達じゃない。TDPは高いけれどマザボから指定してあげれば使いやすくなる。私は仮想とか使うので、3Dの方だとエラーが出るらしいのでこっちをチョイス。特にがっつり重いゲームやVRCとかしないのでこちらで十分です。

I’ve been using the Ryzen 9 9950X for game development, compiling projects, multitasking, and gaming, and it has been outstanding. Everything feels incredibly responsive, whether I’m building projects, running multiple applications, or jumping straight into a demanding game afterward.Gaming performance has been excellent, but what impressed me most is how effortlessly it handles productivity workloads without slowing down. If your PC is more than just a gaming machine, this processor is worth serious consideration.I almost chose a different CPU, but after spending time researching real-world workloads instead of only gaming benchmarks, I’m very glad I went with the 9950X.
