Expensive and feature lacking for price
Originally thought from the online video that the unit continually filters the water, but it simply filters it as it runs into the bowl. There was a lot of hype regarding ‘continually filtered cool water’ but to be fair it will be filtered the once as it enters the bowl and always at room temperature. The unit is sturdy enough and yes it is portable so you can lock the water function, empty the bowl and take it with you. Really it’s much like any water bowl except you will need to purchase filters and use denture sterilisation tablets every now and again. It looks nice but I’d stick with a traditional bowl that can be cleaned by hand or put in the dishwasher!

Nice enough, does what it says on the box
Nice enough, does what it says on the box, stores water and feeds it through into the bowl IF you get the tap in EXACTLY the right place. The little hole through which the water exits gets very grubby if your dog ever has a dirty face or whiskers as mine does, so if your dog does not consume a large amount of water daily (which is how often the bowl needs washing) a normal water bowl is just as useful.My dog just refuses to drink from it so for us a waste of rather a lot of money :(
