Fantastic case over time! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
If you're looking for a durable, lightweight, slim, protective, good looking, functional, magnetic, non-yellowing, and ergonomic case - you found it. Yes it's more expensive then the cheapest case, but for good reason. It hits every mark out there, and it's worth the extra cash. All of the pictures I posted are after almost a year of use, primarily in tropical climates, but also in wet climates and snowy climates, and after lots of traveling. No cleaning was done before these pictures. And yes I have dropped it many times on rocks, cement, and tile with no problems to my phone or the case. The only problem with this case is that it will be slippery and rubbery for the first couple months. But rest assured, I have had the case for nearing a year and it only takes a month or two for the grippiness to work it's way in, then it's perfect. I even was so curious about the slipperiness that I emailed the company about it. You can read their full technical reply at the end! In fact, Lynn who was emailing me, was extremely helpful and informative about the case and future purchases spanning over a literal dozen of emails. She even offered me access to their VIP program, a free cases, and a discount code. With how Lynn has treated me, I have no doubt that if I was to have any problems with the case, she would promptly take care of it for me. So stop looking at other cases, and grab this one. It's everything you're looking for, bundled up in one, great, case. Here is the technical reply from Torras (Lynn) about the cases slipperiness early on:"About grip: In order for customers to maintain a comfortable feel and prevent stains during long-term use, we have added a feel paint and anti-fouling coating to the surface of the protective shell. It may feel very slippery when used for the first time, but many customers tell us that after a period of use, through the friction of the hand and the surface of the protective shell, it will have a particularly suitable feel.About the silicone design: We used Nappa leather texture design, which is a specific leather surface texture that maintains the direction of natural skin, making the touch more delicate and smooth, as if the texture of real skin. At the same time, our edge selection is TPE material, which is a non-Newtonian fluid mechanics material, widely used in ski protection products, used in mobile phone housing is rare, not only to improve the protection level, but also to increase the holding force! This key is integrated with the housing design, so as to ensure that the key will not fall off. This won't have too many gaps after you install the phone."

My go-to phone case for the S22+ (for now)
Quick update - August 29, 2024I stumbled upon this review while looking for something else, thought about how I should maybe order a replacement, and then realized that I might as well update my review as well.So... it's been almost two years, and I'm noticing some wear and flex from heavy usage, as expected. However... it is still going strong!Though, I'm not sure if the models produced most recently have retained this quality or not, but I hope they did because I'm really thinking about getting a replacement for the future ahead of time.Original Review Below - September 7, 2022I have the Pink Gold S22+The phone color looks a bit pinker in real life than in the picturesI have attached these pictures to display some of the things I talk about below (namely the color, the kickstand sharpness, and the slight unevenness when the phone is lying on its back due to the kickstand)TL;DR at the bottomThis review is NOT about the durability itself, as I have NOT dropped my phone yet, so I cannot speak for the damage reduction that this case might provide and such. I'll update my review after I end up dropping it (not on purpose, obviously) to see how much it actually protects my phone. It seems like it'd give a decent amount of protection, however, as the corners seem to be reinforced. We'll see in the end, though...Anyway, I'm very picky about many things, including phone cases. I had many criteria points, and this one SO FAR seems to meet all of them. The case is VERY comfortable to hold. I was originally going to get the TORRAS Shockproof case, since that had a Pink option, which would complement my Pink Gold phone stock color. However, one of the reviewers mentioned that due to the edges of the case, it was uncomfortable to hold for them, and they recommended the MarsClimber instead, due to the rounded corners. They were right. I ended up getting both, just in case, and returned the Shockproof Pink (since it also had a visual defect on the case, anyway). I was definitely uncomfortable to hold compared to the MarsClimber (this one). The rounded edges on the back definitely make a huge difference, and it's actually even pretty satisfying to hold. The S22+ without this case is actually way less comfortable to hold! I was worried at first, since it's already a bulky phone, and I definitely didn't want to add to the bulk and make it even more uncomfortable to hold, but somehow the opposite happened with this case!As for slipperiness, I've seen many reviewers mention that this case is quite slippery, but from my personal experience so far, that hasn't been the case (hehe) at all. It's actually quite grippy, but not as grippy as other phones. I personally even wished it was a bit more slippery, but right now it honestly still feels perfectly fine. The color is also amazing! As I mentioned before, I wanted to get the Pink Shockproof since that had a Pink option, but the MarsClimber sadly doesn't... but it was not a problem at all in the end! I actually love how it looks now, since the back of the case has a sort of semi-matte transparent look, and it shows the Pink Gold color of my phone, albeit a bit darkened. The fact that it's darker is not really a problem, since the color is still VERY visible, and overall it actually looks amazing. It has a very sleek and clean look, and I'm VERY glad that I can see my stock phone color, since I REALLY wanted it to be visible. The kickstand is also nice, and it feels very sturdy in both portrait and landscape mode, and I'm still trying to get used to using it, since my previous phone and phone case did not have one. The only issue is that the lifting tab edge of it is a bit sharp if you have very short nails. The side buttons were another worry of mine, since I seriously hate phone cases that don't have satisfying side buttons, but this one pretty much nailed it. The clickiness of the buttons is ON POINT. I wish the volume buttons were very slightly larger, but the current size is still fine. The case does not obstruct the speaker, microphone, and USB-C port, but I think that's a given for almost every phone case. One thing I should mention, however, is that the phone case DOES NOT lie perfectly flat when on its back, seemingly due to the kickstand. However, this has not really been a problem, and it still looks more than flat enough, with the bottom of the phone very slightly raised, while the top of the phone (back camera area) is fairly flat (but without the camera touching the surface due to the camera indent of the case). Overall, this has not been an issue at all for me, and it's honestly just a perfectionism thing, but if anyone cares, there you have it.The case lies perfectly and evenly flat when face-down, however, since all the edges on the front are raised the same height. Also very great to have.TL;DR: I now love to hold my phone, as it has this smooth and almost silky feeling in my hand, and it honestly feels better to hold than the stock phone by itself. I love how my phone's base colors are still very visible. The kickstand feels nice even though the lift-tab edge is a bit sharp with short nails, but it holds the phone well in both portrait and landscape mode. The buttons are perfectly clicky and feel better than the stock phone button clicks. I'm not sure about the amount of protection this will give my phone, but it seems sturdy enough, and the corners seem to have some reinforcement, but time will tell as to how well that will actually help.Overall, I think I've found my permanent S22+ phone case with this one, as I can't imagine using anything else. This one feels more than perfect enough. I might switch if it ends up not protecting my phone one bit, but I don't think that'll be the case (again, hehe).I will update my review regarding the protection if anything happens (both positive and negative). Thanks for reading, and I hope I was able to at least somewhat help you guys in your phone case decision!

Great case! Ok phone stand.
The case is slightly opaque. Enough so that you can just make out the google logo on the back. The mag ring/phone stand holds up really well. It clicks into place nicely. However the material the ring is made from is some what flimsy. I feel I could bend it very easily. It also feels like the joint where the ring is attached could also be broken easily. Be careful with the phone stand. Other than that, it fits perfectly, has a grippy texture, and a thick outer wall protecting the edges really well.
