Great for helping you build pull ups.
I am a personal trainer and have a full home gym. I loved these. The various bands make it useful for any level trying to get their first pull up. It was easy to hook up and very strong and secure. Highly recommend.

Best gadget ever
This gadget is awesome. I use every day for my clients and their assisted pull ups and has been really helpful and so easy to set up.It worth every penny. Really good quality.

Won't replace proper gym equipment but for the price and compactness, nice
Works as advertised... but be careful. If you use all the bands (I'm over 200lbs and needed all four), that's a lot of force on the feet. If not careful enough dismounting, they spring up and could damage face, door jamb, or ceiling depending on what gets hit first. I found the carabiners a bit challenging to work with, with sharp edges at openings. Including a storage bag would have been nice to help keep parts together when not in use.

Pull up assist with dual foot harness
Paired with my ceiling mounted pull up bar. Straps, bands, and dual foot harness are quality and an excellent addition to my garage gym!

Works great.
Exactly what I wanted. I'm getting old and need the assist now with pullups. These bands work for that. I have low ceiling so I can't get in using my feet, and have to use my knees. They're darn near impossible to get both knees in. But it works fine with one knee.

Exactly what I wanted. These are very strong, easy to install, and work perfectly with my pull-up bar. Love that they're low-profile as well. Easy to store.

This product is great but using a doorway pull up bar I would prefer different lb levels in bands and having straps on each side of the door instead of down the center. With that being said I returned this item.I served 11 years in the US Army and have a home gym. I have always tried to stay in shape, especially as I am getting older. A recent surgery has created the need for assist bands in order to slowly get me back into pull ups a part of my training routine. Hopefully I will find the perfect one for me.The product quality looked great and easy install but since I didnt use it I can’t comment except, it apperars to be well made.
