Sharp, simple, and effective

Replacement disc not offered
The sharpener works well and sharpens quickly. The reason i gave it 4 stars is: the insturctions say; the disc will need to be replaced every 12to 24 months. I can find nowhere that the company offers replacement discs.

Impressive
After using the knife sharpener I tested it out on a frozen tube of meat, the knife cut right through it with very little effort. This is a great product!!!

Definitely 5 stars!
Works great, takes some time, but much better than when I took them to Ace Hardware to be sharpened on their machine. I'm hard on my knives. This way I can keep them sharp!

Okay, not great
Nicely made but inadequate for sharpening knives that are beyond just maintenance. Also not tall enough for taller French knives.
