Don't buy if you sleep on the floor, it's not yr bed mattress. Would recommend for people who do floor exercises like me.
Yoga mats are expensive stuff, i don't think they are hard to manufacture but most sell them as if they are made in gold. This one is almost inexpensive so i had my expectations accordingly and guess what? I'm happy with my purchase. It's not air cushion but that's not what i wanted either. It eases floor exercises and makes them doable. It's my very own experience and thus my opinion of the product, so it might work for you too or it might not.

Good quality in reasonable price
Good quality anti slippery but gets little sticky with sweat. And if you practice stationary yoga pose it leaves dent for a while.
