Not happy. Had plumper for one week, used 4 times. Now will not charge or turn on.Addendum: Changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. I was able to get in contact with the company for a replacement. I informed them about the defect in my lip plumper. They said it was not a problem to send out a replacement, HOWEVER, they wanted me to change my rating from a 1 star to a 4 or 5 star. I informed them that I would NOT change my rating until I received a replacement product. They did send me a replacement, which is why I will change my rating to 3 stars. I did not have to return the defective lip plumper. I do have my reservations at this point. Since my original purchase of this lip plumper, the reviews are not the most stellar. Not sure if I will keep the replacement or send back for a full refund. I still have a few days left in order to receive a refund.

Great product as alternative to the $150 version! At the 2-3 hr mark lips are slightly more plump but not to the degree immediately after use. Best results are to turn the device vertically vs horizontally on your lips. The motor does omit sound so not as discreet as a Candylips, but I'm happy with my purchase!!Update: Aug 2018- Device no longer charging and heating up to an unsafe level (too hot to hold) while charging. I used once to twice a week since delivery. Thus far charged twice. On 3rd charge device malfunctioning. I will contact Amazon and mfr to report.

Does what it says but only lasts me about 2 hours. I may or may not have been spotted using this device while driving... 😂🤣

Product came quick and was in great condition. Unfortunately after spending a day and a half trying it out, it just barely worked for me. When I did finally get my lips plumped up, it only lasted minutes. But thankfully and gratefully I was able to return with no problem. Hope it works for others!

I had terrible bruising above and below my lips. The instructions say the device turns off after 20 minutes. I used it for 2 minutes. It never says how long to leave it on, so it is deceiving as to appropriate treatment time. Honestly, I think 20 seconds is probably more likely the amount of time to use the device. The instructions are blatantly incomplete.PROCEED WITH CAUTION

Ordered with Prime and received same day. This device came beautifully packaged. It charged very quickly, 10 min or under. I plugged it in and checked in 10 min and it was charged. It has two attachments. It works great. Had strong suction and does exactly what it's supposed to do. One thing I will disagree with in the instructions, if you keep the suction on your lips for more than a few seconds at a time, you WILL get bruises. I recommend placing the device to the lips for a few seconds, until you feel slight discomfort, then remove it. After a few seconds, repeat. Do this in cycles until you get the desired results. Do it frequently to build up to more lasting results. If you can, carry it in your handbag and repeat for a few seconds throughout the day. I am hoping that this device will be durable long term. If it holds up to frequent use, this device will blow the $125 option. I'm really happily surprised.

Absolutely love this item. (It works) I have literally no lips at all and in less than a minute, I had lips! At first I was thrown off as, I have never seen myself with lips. Couldn’t wait to go for the second round but the product wouldn’t turn back on??? Couldn’t charge or anything??? I followed all the instructions as to pre charge and not to exceed a time limit on the first go around. Kind of like a kid opening a present and love it then had to send it back.. My husband loved the results and it lasted a good while. Remember this was only about a minutes worth. Hopefully the next one I get will work just fine cause I really really do like the affect. I’ll update as soon as the new one is here.

I got this and was excited to try it out.Easy to apply and gave me results after two 10 second tries. I am a lipgloss gal and after using this, I would definitely need a lipstick to cover up discoloration.The directions are a bit confusing....it shows all the components, as if you need to put them together. But, it comes completely assembled and ready to use with extra components.The suction is "strong". I used it 3 days ago and my lips are still purple....I mean PURPLE.I initially thought I would keep this for occasional use, but with the bruising it is totally not worth it. Sadly, its a no go.
