This is probably the best thing we have ever bought the kids
This is probably the best thing we have ever bought the kids. They all love it and use it, literally, every day. Its quite popular with the neighborhood kids too. If we had somewhere to hang it, I'd buy a 2nd one. Posting a video of the oldest three using it. Even the little one (3 y/o) has now figured out how to get on it all by himself.

Great swing, but it fell apart
We hung this swing from a large tree in our backyard. Our 7 year old loves it.Edited: two months after being well loved the ropes are coming undone and I’ll have to take it down due to safety concerns.

Poor product.
Cheap product, and doesn’t fit traditional swing sets. It’s also already started fraying at the connections. Likely throwing away because I’ve passed the return period.

Terrible design- holds water
This is a terrible design because the plastic parts hold water so when the kids go to swing after it rains they get dripped on from all the plastic parts overhead and soaked. And then the water stays in there indefinitely and gets nasty.

A 5 star guaranteed product.
After I bought it I realized that it is ideal for 1 child but I have one boy and one girl. I bought with this product: https://www.amazon.com/Giant-Saucer-Tree-Swing-Kids/dp/B00JG4Z5Z6 . My kids are now playing together and they have a really good time. Great Product, my kids love it. For sure I recommend it.

Good, but not great. Room for improvement.
I really really want to give this swing five stars. The tapered riser in the center of the seat could be taller and broader. The seat could be a little bit bigger, even for kids. The handholds could be a little more ergonomic (at least on the bottom one or two that kids might grab). And lastly, the swing could be designed to drain water instead of collect 2 quarts of it (in total- including the seat and handles).Was the swing not designed for outdoor use? Does it not rain, outdoors? Am I expected to disconnect a swing from 12’ off the ground every time it may rain? I sliced, diced, and carved up 2’ of a broad foam pool noodle as a groin protector.After I take my cordless drill and perforate the bottom of the seat and the handles with drain/weep holes, it will be a four-star swing. Plastic is sturdy, rope seems high quality and comfortable, and hardware is great.

The rope is too long!
This product is too long for our swing g set! We have 2 very disappointed kids :( it looks like a lot of fun , but we can't enjoy it.
