Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max, 256GB, Deep Purple - Locked to T-Mobile (Renewed)

Excellent purchase! I’m very happy with my purchase. At first, I was a little worried because it’s a refurbished iPhone, and I had some concerns during the initial setup with the battery and cellular connection. However, after completing the setup and giving it some time, everything started working perfectly. The phone arrived in great condition and looks and feels almost brand new. The battery shows 100% capacity, and so far the performance has been excellent. The camera, screen, Wi-Fi, cellular service, and everything else are working perfectly. I’m really glad I decided to give a refurbished phone a chance because the quality I received exceeded my expectations for the price. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it. ❤️📱 Great value for the money!

I love it so far the only thing I would say is the phone dies kinda fast I was expecting better battery life and it overheats really fast like it over heats even when ur not on it when I first got it it was overheating I got the good one but I feel like I got excellent quality it came with no scratches it came with a charger and the battery health was at 100% I love the color the camera is pretty decent it’s just like a normal camera quality the size is big enough for me but I was a little scared to buy this because I seen mixed rewiews but I’m glad I did get it and the shipping was really fast came in 2 days I only had it for 1 day and it’s good so far but I don’t know how it will be later on and I’m planning on getting my mom one for her birthday from this same seller.

I purchased an Amazon Renewed iPhone 14 Pro Max (128GB, Deep Purple) in Excellent condition because I was willing to pay extra for a device that was supposed to be thoroughly inspected and fully functional. Unfortunately, the phone I received was nowhere near "Excellent." The biggest issue is the camera system. One of the main reasons I chose the iPhone 14 Pro Max was for its three-camera setup. However, only one camera works properly in Photo mode. In Video mode, two cameras work, while the third doesn't work at all. The 0.5x ultra-wide camera is completely unavailable, and the 5x zoom function doesn't work either. This is especially frustrating because I'm an up-and-coming mechanic, and I regularly use the 0.5x camera to take photos in tight spaces while working on customers' vehicles. It's an important tool for my job, not just a feature I wanted. I upgraded from an iPhone 13 Pro Max where two of the cameras had failed, so I was excited to finally have a phone with all three cameras working. Instead, I ended up with another phone that has camera issues. At that point, I could have saved money by buying an iPhone 14 Plus with only two cameras and probably received a phone that actually worked. Another concern was that the phone was not properly factory reset. The packaging states that Amazon Renewed devices are supposed to be factory reset before being resold. However, when I powered it on, it started up like a normal phone instead of taking me through the initial setup process. It appeared the previous owner had simply signed out of their Apple ID rather than the phone being completely erased and reset. I contacted Amazon Customer Support to request a replacement since the phone was defective. I was told there were no more iPhone 14 Pro Max devices in Excellent condition available to send as a replacement. However, when I checked the same Amazon listing, it still showed the exact same phone in Excellent condition available for purchase. I don't understand why replacements weren't available when the listing indicated more were in stock. I would have been happy to return the defective phone in exchange for a properly functioning one. I understand that Amazon Renewed products are used, and I wasn't expecting a brand-new phone. However, I did expect to receive the condition I paid for and a device with all advertised features working correctly. A phone with a partially functioning camera system should never pass inspection as "Excellent," especially when customers are paying a premium for that condition. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. Amazon Renewed is supposed to give customers confidence that devices have been inspected and tested. Based on my experience, the inspection process failed, and customer service did not provide a reasonable solution.

Delivered earlier. Got exactly what I asked for and more. Came with a case already with it. Unlocked. 1TB. iPhone 14 Pro Max. Everything I asked for. Super. 10/10 recommend ordering with these people. Works great. Camera is perfect. Functions great. Definitely recommend! It’s only been one day but I will probably update! Thank uuuu!!!!

This phone honestly is great. The phone came within 3 days from my purchase (I have prime). The condition of the phone was very good. The phone is refurbished excellent & I believe they did a decent job! Everything works, camera, speakers, microphones, Face ID and the screen. It came with a charger cord (no head) and it was nicely and neatly packaged. The battery percentage I received was 86.. ehh not terrible but granted I do wish it was around 90, I honestly haven’t had any real issues with charging or the battery life since I’ve received it. Works for a couple hours max before having to charge it. The phone did come with a couple scratches but they were VERY minor and not noticeable at all unless you are inspecting the phone up close, so I do not mind. There is a bit of lagging here and there while I use the phone but it’s not terribly slow to the point where the phone is unresponsive. I’m super observant and I’m on my phone 24/7 so I can tell the screen does a little bit of flickering but I believe that’s bc is a refurbished phone??? Idk again maybe my eyes are deceiving me, I’m not too picky because the phone does meet my needs and the customer service was great and the phone overall came in great condition as well. And after a while I forget about it and literally don’t notice it at all, so I’m okay. Back to customer service I reached out a few days before I received the phone and the seller answered the questions I had. They were a little vague but my questions were answered. I have a pretty long time to make a final decision and return the phone if that’s what the future entails. But to be completely honest I am satisfied with my purchase. And I’d give it a 8.5/10! I’ll update in a couple weeks for my final thoughts.

I can’t believe this phone honestly! I bought it in “good” condition from MobiWise. I thought it would be a lot more damaged than what it was. Basically there’s just spots on the edges of the phone from normal wear and tear but that’s it. The front screen is super smooth and the back has no issues whatsoever so ever. The camera quality is fantastic too. My phone runs smooth and haven’t had any issues as of right now. The only thing that bums me out a tad is battery is at 83%, but they have it listed that every phone comes 80% or higher so can’t really dock them for that. My battery has lasted most of the day without having to charge it, but may need to replace it in a few years. It was true to the listing and was unlocked so I was able to use it with my Visible service right away. Very happy with my purchase and will update after having for awhile! Deep purple on this phone is stunning btw.

Everything worked fine but batter health was lower

Ordered the black color of the iPhone 14 Pro Max 128gb in *Excellent Condition*. Got it delivered and overall everything good, 84% battery capacity, great camera quality and minor to almost no scratches on the display and backglass/near camera. Although as you can see on the pictures, there are alot of metal ish scratches on the housing which is pretty noticeable. For an excellent condition that I ordered, this was pretty disappointing and did not meet the amazon renew standards

This was a gift, It works as stated and in excellent condition. Though the battery health level is 82 percent. We plan to have it replaced when it is 79 percent in the future. I gave it five stars because we are happy with it. The price has gone up since we last purchased this phone, in fact, it went up the next day. This review is based on three weeks ownership and usage. We have over 90 days left to decide on permanent keep.
