Are these the tips that you can use to feed directly into a button without an extension set?

You have to use the extension always.

When will O-rings with a luer slip tip be available?

45 days. They are about to be shipped to me.

How long is the tip of the syringe?

Hi, great question - from the base to the end is app. 1 3/4 inch. If you've ever used a catheter tip syringe - this is the same 'everything' - Except that it will last for hundreds of uses. I hope I was helpful - and wish you well! Simon

Do you also have these with a smaller tip?

Are you referring to a slip tip or luer lock? If yes - then those will be available in 45 days -
