The instructions are shocking a tiny little paper thing. It gives diagrams but even with a magnifying glass I can't see them. Most of what I have achieved has been trial of error. It took me 2days to get it to recognise my WiFi. I am technologically challenged though. I'm sure other people would find it easy. It's a nice tablet now I've got it working. It's really fast when downloading hence the 5 star rating. Good value for money.

This QT 10 TABLET is ready to go. Just sign in to Google and download from playstore. Some basic apps already installed. Not got apps what you sometimes don't need. Just load the ones you want. NETFLIX WAS ALREADY INSTALLED. With 32gb storage you have plenty of space. If you are looking to use it for taking photos I would not recommend this Tablet. playing games,browsing etc it's excellent.

I returned this tablet as I could not download the apps I wanted to. The operating system didn't seem to accept my apps. On the plus side this might be the tablet for you if you need it for Google, you tube etc. Good customer service and refunded me with no problems which is why I have given 4 stars.

great bargin! very pleased with this perchase! smll price could compare with big brand,I've bought this instead of a small laptop for university. It is great. Set up is a breeze, I've linked it to my laptop and phone straight away, downloaded some Office apps that all seem to be working great. The keyboard feels nice and the screen is nice and bright. I've since convinced about two more people to get one. Camera isn't brilliant but I couldn't care less about that.especially I bough it with the special offer I love this tablet!

I don't like the quality of the tab . The colours aren't bright or anything whatsoever. Anyway seller is very helpful to solve problems to buyers , responding very fast and ready to help.
