Sparkling Sugar (11oz)

I have never used these before but wow I love it! I needed to make a grandchild requested cookie and I thought these would elevate them. I just sprinkled this on the cookies before baking; the sugar crystals did not melt into the cookies they kept their form and added a nice texture to them! I was pleasantly surprised how pure white they were and very sparkly! my grandchildren now want all their cookies with this sugar on top! The bag is a generous size 2 1/2 pounds and will last a long time. I am going to try it on apple pies as well! I think the versatility is endless and they store in your pantry very nice ready for the next creation!

This sparkling sugar is perfect to give a nice finish to cookies or baked goods that need a little something. I use it for shortbread cookies and it is literally perfect. Nice, coarse size of grain and you get a decent amount for the price. I will re-purchase when I run low! Tastes great, too.

This sugar is the same texture, size, and consistency as a well-known royal baking company's offering, at nearly half the price. Don't get me wrong, I indulge in top quality ingredients when I can, but I also like to save $ when possible to balance that out. Sparkling sugar is an item I feel I do not need to buy from a more expensive boutique brand because, its sparkling sugar, how different can it be? I can tell you I have baked with this sparkling sugar and a more expensive brand and they both bake up the same, have the same crunch, sparkle, and texture!

These sparkle crystals are amazing, love white sparkling sugar crystals. They add a beautiful sparkle to your cakes or cookies. They bake beautifully, and add just the right amount of sweetness.

Used this for the top of sugar cookies and turned out well.

Perfect size bag arrived fast

It’s pretty on a pie. And crunchy. But it has wax in it. Not sure how I feel about that.

There was a misunderstanding when it was "international shipped" as when purchased item it said it was shipped locally. However....the sugar, which is fresh, and a good size bag, came right to my door with NO defects, and NO extra fees. So dont be put off from buying, the item arrived on time, in 100% condition!

Really nice addition to baking items. Fresh tasting. A little pricey but what isn't that is good! Highly Recommend product and Seller.

It’s really hard to find course sugar and I’m very pleased with the size.

The bag is pretty small, just over 300 grams. I know this info is in the listing but when I saw the $35 price, I just assumed it was a bulk sized bag. The sugar is nice and kept its shine after baking, but I don't know why such a small bag is so expensive. For premium cocoa and vanilla, sure. But I used to be able to get this in a different brand for 1/3 the price and it looked just as nice on my baked goods. From now on I'll look for a cheaper option or do without.
