Massage at home: If you suffer from muscle soreness and stiffness after workouts, this massage ball set is the perfect solution for you. Going to a professional massage therapist can be costly and time consuming. Now you can enjoy the benefits of self-massage at home. This exercise ball set is suitable for neck, back, shoulder massage, tissue massage and trigger point release. It’s a great massager set to use after stretching, yoga, running, cross fit, gym workouts or other exercise regimes. Review: Qualité - Les balles sont de belle qualité et la couleur bleu est superbe. Sac très pratique. J’ai beaucoup aimé que la balle à picots aie une protection propre (bulle en plastique) pour éviter d’abîmer les autres balles dans le sac. Review: Amazing choice - Can’t go wrong. I managed to properly release my hips with the smooth ball. I tried getting deeper on bum with spikey ball…my advice, do not use the wall to help with this as it marked mine. That’s user stupidity though. Product perfect and lots of choice

Amazing massage tools. Absolutely saved me when I injured my back and neck. Just turn your back toward a wall a drawer place the ball in between the wall and your back. Push your back into the wall and you will feel the magic of it working. I loved the different sizes but I don't use the spiky one. However it's very nice it comes In a clear plastic protect ball to prevent accidental injury. Love it!

Must-Have for Chronic Back Knots
If you deal with stubborn knots like I do, this set is a game changer. I use the balls against a wall or on the floor. For best results warm up the affected area first. I also take magnesium glycinate daily (300-500mg), which really helps loosen things up from the inside out. Do both, and your muscles won’t know what hit them!
