Surprisingly makes great hash browns and quite a bunch from each box. Probably enough for 4 people. Easy to use. Follow the instructions on the box.

Easy to make, takes about 20 min, including hot water prep before frying. Tasty for breakfast, whether plain or in a skillet or scramble.

The hashbrowns are very easy to make and they are delicious. I’ll be ordering them from now on.

I use cold water and they soak and form up just fine in maybe 15 minutes. I drain, then put them in the pan with a little oil and toss them so the oil basically covers all them very lightly and then fry. When they're 1/2 done, I add a pat of butter in the center of the pan with the taters pushed towards the outside. Once it melts, I mix it in and they're delicious. The only downside is the cost. If they sold large containers like we used to get in the restaurant at a reasonable price, I'd be hooked on them. The texture was awesome. They are much easier and better, imo, than frozen hash browns and without the work of making fresh hash browns. A single carton was a normal single serving like we used to provide in the restaurant or I would be served with a decent breakfast at another restaurant. They are a convenience.

Great to have on the shelf in case you have unexpected guests! They rehydrate in about 30 minutes and cook up great!!
