ProCure definitely works to attract first, second, and repeated bites from fish. I saved a small stiff plastic zip lock bag that some soft plastics came in ( think the brand was salt water assassin, which are average lures, but their baggies are perfect for procure). I squeeze some ProCure into the bag and drop in my fully rigged soft plastic with jighead and stinger hooks. Then i mush it around and it is easy to get a thin uniform coating of procure, including in nooks and crannies. This is better than rubbing it on with your fingers because it makes your fingers smell and you waste half of the procure on your fingers. It is better than a regular sandwich baggie because those are too supple and immediately get punctured by the hook. So why only 4 stars? Its because the container it comes in is so hard to empty. A significant amount remains stuck inside the container. This stuff is the consistency of toothpaste. I think a toothpaste tube would work a lot better to get it all out easily.

It didn't really stick to my bait. It slide off as soon as it hit the water. Got a couple of nibbles here and there but it didn't get hooked. The scent..I give it a 7. I still have it..going to experiment it tonite. Going fishing tomorrow. I'll give updates how well it went. Thursday night, I marinated the mackerel bait with Pro Cure Shrimp Super Gel. Used the bait friday night. The pro cure really did stick to the bait.. for 3 hours straight I was catching a lot of mackerel. Hope it works for you too

Have you ever had every hook on a sabiki rig come up covered in 2 seconds? Me neither, but I got 5 bait fish at once. It also has a noticeable effect on trout. They blew up on my lures blindly while night fishing.

Fine for what it is it is a little expensive but a little goes a long way. My only complaint is not necessarily with the product, but it came leaking. I have not caught a fish using this product yet, but I feel as though to be useful. It might just be user error.

A little dab of the shrimp gel and rub it on a paddle tail or soft shrimp tail. Long lasting scent. I get alot more hookups on all inshore saltwater fish. Have a rag handy to clean your hands. I saw this in a local guides boat in Pine Island and he had nothing but praise for the product. Sure beats shrimp at $3 a dozen.

Great stuff but don’t get any on ur hands or carry some soap to get any off ur hands. Tastes terrible!!! Lol.

I think this is great has 100% increased my catch rate .
