Very poor delivery on incredible promises. UPS functionality doesn't work. Poor customer service.
1 year in...could be awesome, but they're incredibly frustrating.We have 4 of these. One for a CPAP, 2x to power our subpanel, and 1x for our pellet stove.- I'm not sure how many times I've entered and re-entered the SNs into the app and website, but both have been very glitchy.- The units are supposed to automatically switch over to battery power when wall-power goes out. Instead, the units turn off and you have to find and press 2 (not 1) flat/hidden buttons to get power going again. This is more than an inconvenience for the unit that powers my 90 year old mother's CPAP.- The units are supposed to connect with the app for control and monitoring...one of our 4 units connects to the app correctly. The other 3 do not.- Phone support is challenging. The background noise is louder than the people speaking and the representatives have such thick accents that they are not understandable. They could be brilliant and incredibly helpful, but the language barrier neutralizes it.- Email support has been basically non-existent. They do not include the original support email or thread in their replies, but they use pronouns instead of specific nouns as if we know exactly what they're referring to and they close out tickets before issues are resolved.We've got $8,000+ invested in these. They SHOULD be incredible, but they're not. If they simply did what they advertised that they could do, we'd be thrilled.

Make sure you update firmware
Works great, once you update the firmware. Powered 3 bedroom 2 bath house no problem. Not sure what max run time is, only ran for 6 hours before main power was restored

Hub only works if you use the smart app
When my Hub wouldn't turn on, they said I would need the app to update the Pro3s' firmware. Not being smart-stuff inclined (and not trusting that the update wouldn't introduce more glitches), I declined and shipped the hub back and got a bare-bones refund for it. I'm keeping the Pro3s, which are doing fine. I suspect the Hub was designed for the Ultra and they figured they could get it to work for the older Pro3s by means of a firmware update. But nothing in this 3-part bundle's description indicates the Hub won't work right out of the box. It won't (in my experience).
