This is the lowest dose possible for starting out. I wish I had ordered the Mitoactivator original formula and start out at 1/3 or 1/2 capsule as it is stronger. The product surprisingly taste okay when breaking open a cap and letting it dissolve on or under tongue.I just reordered in bulk where I can measure it in low doses and build up dose level over time as it saves one a lot of money in bulk.Have not come to a conclusion of this product as I've only used the low dose bottle.

This product has helped my daughter's hyper-mobility and skin fragility. She also uses polysaccharides from something called the Cusack Protocol, but the copper has been a great addition and given her even more results. When she stops taking the copper I can feel her skin has less volume to it. If you have hEDS you might know what that feels like. When she takes the copper her skin has more substance/volume. I feel it when I give her back rubs. I purchase directly from the company on an auto-ship order and it is cheaper. But, I have also ordered the product from Amazon.
