I really like this kettle. It's lightweight and well made. The materials are solid and its looks smart on the work surface. The lids closes securely and is operated by a button on the handle. The black colour looks slick and it stays clean - it doesn't show up water marks easily and doesn't take a lot of cleaning. It's not got the biggest capacity, but that isn't aN issue for me, but if you have a larger household, you might want to consider something larger. The different temperatures settings are really useful, and the keep warm function is a bit of a game changer; no more re-boiling the kettle if you get tied up with something and miss it the first time round, this all combines to make a versatile little unit. The material choice is good and the copper/brass coloured accents look great against the black. It's stable on the base and doesn't feel like it is going to tip over easily. The first unit I was sent was faulty and after around 3 weeks, it wouldn't turn on. This was really quickly sorted out by Ninja's customer service team who sent out a replacement really quickly. One star removed for the issue, but added back in for the speed and effectiveness of the customer service.

Best kettle I’ve had This is honestly the best kettle I’ve had. It boils really quickly and I love that you can choose the temperature you want, rather than always boiling the water to 100°C. Being able to select a lower temperature for coffee or different types of tea is really useful. The keep-warm function is another feature I use a lot. I can select the temperature I want and it keeps the water warm at that temperature, which is really convenient. It’s also surprisingly quiet compared with other kettles I’ve had. I’m really happy with it and would definitely recommend it, especially if you like having more control over the temperature of your water.

It started as an excellent kettle, but lasted over a year.. now it is leaking from the seams below the handle.. if you are going to buy, i would recommend buying from a store where warranty would be easy to replace the item, on amazon you have to pay for and sort out the return which isnt good enough in my opinion. A faulty product should have a better cuatomer service, dont buy from amazon, it lasts just over a year, i bought mar2025, and it died july2026

brilliant kettle bought it when it was on offer and have to say its amazing really useful that you can use differnt heat settings too and the stay worm is also very useful :)

love this! works really well and temp control is super good but very loud. it is beautiful and i love the colour. it doesn’t shake like other kettles. i will say it has a lot of limescale and makes loud popping noises when using with limescale which sounds really bad. i removed limescale with a cleaner and 2 weeks later just as bad. can’t see inside either but know how soon it’ll be ready based off temp

I love this so much ! A must have I wanted this to match all my existing Ninja products as it looked so chic but this has blown me away I love the hold feature to keep your water hot for up to 30 minutes , perfect for when you get busy after boiling the kettle ! The temperature adjustment also means I can make the perfect tea/coffee The coffee setting is the perfect temperature to not burn the coffee but also cools down enough to drink quickly Even with the sleek design it has a really large capacity so perfect if your cooking and need water for your pan The lid opens with a push of the button and it opens fully so you can fill with ease Looks amazing works amazing and when I got it , had a great saving really impressed with this

Nice kettle, some extras and pours brilliantly. But be aware it does interfere badly with radios close by.

Love the kettle BUT it shipped to Australia with a UK power plug !!!!
