Good sized lemon cavities.
Silicone mold seems fine. Lemon cavities are a good size. Sharpie for size reference.

It needs a fairly sturdy sponge for cakes and will pull off beautifully frozen if properly oiled and dusted before. You'll be proud when you present it all done to company. No one expects the true 3D
