Have only used for one day, but so far, it feels like a great buy. We upgraded from the A10 to the A20 in the hopes that we would get more power. Although there are cons, I consider this a winner and would recommend happily. Pros: The battery holds up well in ECO mode. We have a 2,000 sqft house with hard floors and few and spaced out furniture and the battery lasts the entire house (we have yet to try the Med or Max settings). The suction is good enough that the floor feels almost like it was mopped when all I did was just vacuum (and this is taking into consideration that we have 2 cats and a dog). Picks up hair like a boss! The LED lights are super bright and good for spotting hair and dirt (when lighting is low). The dust bin is bigger than the A10. The battery is removable. Esthetically speaking, it looks really nice. Low noise in ECO mode. 2 charging options. Hang the entire vacuum with the battery or charge the battery alone. Cons: A bit on the heavy side. I find myself switching arms throughout it's use. Gets tangled up and overheats when used in medium fluff rugs and above (all settings). Although bigger, the dust bin spinning action quickly stops when about a 2x2 inch of hair is collected inside. Not extremely maneuverable (I assume the size has something to do with it). Because the bin is so big, vacuuming under furniture is a bit harder as the bin itself will hit against the floor causing you to go no further even though you may still have vacuum tube available.

Bought the A20 about a year ago and it’s been amazing. It’s tried and tested daily with two kids running around the house. I had an issue where the vacuum head wouldn’t work when turned to the right when in use but it was super simple to contact Tineco and got the head replaced within a couple of days! Customer service is excellent.

I wanted to love it but the battery life was ridiculous. The run time was less than ten minutes after charging overnight. No troubleshooting helped. Other reviewers said this model was a fire hazard and the Tineco company doesn’t advertise this model anymore. Returning it.

Good battery life. We can sweep the entire 1500 sq ft house on a single charge. Easy to hang up to charge and store. Edge cleaning is not very good. Our initial impression was that it was heavy, but we realized that it was the weight of the battery, and today we don't even notice it. Picks up animal hair, cat litter, and the normal junk that ends up on your floors just fine on the lowest setting. Good at getting under furniture because it lies down so flat. This would be a 5-star review except for the edge cleaning.

I love this vacuum. It is so light and moves around corners with ease. If I need to reach a hard to vacuum corner it is so easy to remove the floor attachment and use the hand held vacuum. I have a bad back and sweeping with a broom and dust pan was so hard. Now I vacuum often without any discomfort.

Not terrible but it could use improvements. Good suction, light weight and easy to use but the battery life could definitely be improved. The battery doesn’t last long at all and don’t even think about turning the suction up, it will literally die in seconds. For the price I would have liked for the battery to last longer but overall it is an okay product.

This cordless stick vac is lightweight and easily to use while vacuuming. The roller brush housing cannot be unattached from the bottom of the wand. The dust cup does not come apart easily and you have to pull out the filter before dumping. You only get one washable filter. There is no light on the wand only on the bottom of the roller brush housing. The wand comes apart below the dust cup to attach the crevice tool but it is short. Not able to get into the ceiling corners to get those spider webs. No light on the wand even if it was long enough to get up there. So can't see what you're doing. Same for using the crevice tool behind or under future or appliances. No light. Run time is less than 30 mins. I got this for my daughter and I wish I had asked her sooner. It didn't work well enough for her and her pet hair. Poor suction. So I returned it under the 1 year warranty. I got a replacement and I started using it. Certainly not my corded Shark stick vac. I will not be using this vacuum. It's a pain to take apart and dump. And I can't believe someone would make a vacuum that can't reach up to the ceiling for spiders! It should be able to be taken apart at the roller brush housing at least!

Bought this as an upgrade to an older version of the Tineco. Works great! Suction is strong, gets all the dust. Attachments are helpful and the catch bin is easier to empty than other versions

Excelente compra, costo/beneficio, tengo un perro y suelta una cantidad de pelo considerable diario y esta aspiradora me ha solucionado la mitad de los problemas.

Battery life is one of its weaker points, as the runtime feels shorter than expected, especially when using higher suction modes. Overall, it is a stylish and convenient vacuum for quick cleanups, but not ideal if you need strong suction or long cleaning sessions

Silenciosa, ligera, recarga rapida que pensé (5hrs).

Llego todo bien.... sin embargo en el uso me parece que dura muy poco.la bateria y al.momento de aspirar tiene que ser en lo máximo.
