I currently need to add an electrolyte supplement to my diet and have been experimenting with various brands. I was introduced to this product by my daughter, an ultra runner. My only wish is to be able to purchase a "variety" pack. The taste is a magnificent improvement over the other products I have tried. Thank you Skratch Labs!

I've gone on keto recently and had a bunch of these left over. When I read the label, I couldn't believe my eyes. These guys are selling sugar packets. 1 packet is 22 grams and 20 of those is sugar!The taste is also not that great either....mildly sugary waterThen there's the packet itself, which is impossible to open without spilling it everywhere, there are tears but they tear all the way down the packet you can't just tear off the top portion, so you def need scissors, which are not always handy if you're at the gym or somewhere else and you need the top of the packet to be cut just right so you can pour it in your bottle.All around, nothing good about this product.

I bought this for my daughter for hydration. Ingredients are important, especially since she is a teenager. Have already repurchased.

A little too much sugar for my liking, but if you’re an athlete, this product is great. It doesn’t taste the best, like watered down lemonade, but it gets the job done. I am a runner and the sugar is beneficial for when I am actually running, so I don’t see it as a downside.

I think this is the best electrolyte drink mix that you can use. I believe it's similar to the profile of your sweat which leaves your body, so I like that it keeps that consistency for your body especially during hot days. I'm a tennis player so I've had products that made me crash, cramp, and I've never experienced it with this.I do think the lemon lime is the best flavor of Skratch. There are a couple that are fine, and there is one flavor, though I can't remember which one, that is pretty awful. If you're looking for something similar to Gatorade, you won't get that here, but that's not good for you anyway. This is the best for performance+taste in my book.If you're using this in a standard water bottle, you may want to open it, sip a little water out, and then dump the powder in it first so it doesn't overflow.
