I faced so many problems among the cycle 1. When I received the cycle it's rim was bend 2. The chain broked 3. The frame stickers are not stucked properly 4. Gear shifter not working 5. The derailleur broked 6. Your service is not good 7. Your technician didn't Know about anything he was repaired my cycle through video call

I did a lot of research before buying a cycle and this was on the top of the list to buy. Smooth delivery experience, item is as described by the seller. If you are looking for MTB this is the perfect bicycle easy to assemble yourself and save some money rather than buying any such outside. Sturdy and easy t o use. 5 stars !

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the bicycle I received from my recent order, which was my first purchase of this kind through Amazon. Unfortunately, the product arrived in an unacceptable condition with multiple defects, as outlined below: -Poor Material Quality: The overall build quality is extremely poor. Notably, the nuts began to rust within just one day of unpacking (please refer to attached images). Misaligned Gear Rotor: The rear gear rotor is not aligned properly with the wheel, causing significant vibration and instability while riding. -Defective Seat Assembly: The seat is very unstable. The central metal part is loose and causes the seat to shift position whenever I hit a bump or pothole. A mechanic examined it and confirmed that the issue is due to a manufacturing defect in the seat's central metal structure, not the nuts. -Punctured Rear Tire on Delivery: The rear wheel arrived with a flat tire. I had to take it to a mechanic, who confirmed that the tube was already punctured upon delivery. I have attached all the relevant images and video files for your reference.

Please replace the order

First of all it works well , after a week problem started with rear gear then front gear, after this breaks will automatically pushed after crossing a speed breaker, and a tic tic sounds continue from rear 7 speed fee wheel, yesterday the handle got stuck automatically, i went to mechanic, he said the inner threads of the handle are broken there is to many iron dust of inner threads, I have to change it. Very disappointed, if anyone want to buy it , please avoid, totally worthless 😔😔😔

The product is good, however the packaging should be more effective as it should avoid damages. I have received the product in which the Spoke was broken, however will repair it instead of returning back a huge product back. Overall recommended
