Muck Boots Arctic Adventure Pull On Wellington Boot

Have been needing a replacement for my aged wellies for a while, primarily for dog walking. I wanted something warm, waterproof, comfortable and supportive . I wouldn't say I suffer from the dreaded plantar fasciitis but I do sometimes get mild heel pain, particularly when I've been in said old wellies for too long. These Arctic Adventures have great reviews everywhere tho I couldn't find any comments regarding foot support. So..one week in, here's my review Very happy with these. I am normally a size 6-61/2 so decided on the size 7 as I figured I could always add socks and I don't like struggling to pull on wellies. Perfect. I usually add a thicker sock over thin day socks anyway and these are spot on for size. Comfort wise, yes. My feet feel gently cushioned and supported. Lovely memory foam style insole. If I'd gone for the smaller size, I guess you'd get a tighter "hug" from the boot. So I would definitely recommend these and with free returns, it's worth trying. As for the pinkness....what can I say...Pink is the new black!! They are called maroon but I'd call it a muted deep pink. I'm a pink girl but the other colours look equally fab Added March 2021: After 4 years of intense use, one has now split at the join BUT I have had 4 years of warm snuggly comfort on my walks. Foot support still as good as day 1 and actually, I’m going for a duck tape repair as there is still a huge amount of wear left in these!

Well, I wish I didn't have to wear them so much, but with almost constant rain since I bought these back in the early winter last year, I have barely taken them off. I struggle to find comfortable footwear but love to walk. I live in the countryside and have been literally surrounded by mud for about 4 months now! These have held up so well, that I don't even bother with walking boots or other footwear now, just pull these on and go. I've even worn them on windy cold beach walks and took them to Cornwall for a half term trip walking the coastal path and wore these every day. I love that they have the comfort of proper footwear, the warmth of a winter boot and the waterproofing of a welly. Oh one word about fit: I started off buying two sizes and almost kept the larger of the two. (I am between sizes). I contacted the company who got straight back to me and recommended I keep the smaller of the two. They were snug at first, but I am glad I went with their advice cos now they fit perfectly and the larger pair would have rubbed and been way too big. If it doubt with these, go with the snugger fit.

Bought these boots as a treat for myself as I was fed up with cheaper wellies splitting and letting water in. After reading reviews, decided to try these. Not disappointed - extremely warm and very good fit. They do rub a little on the back of the heel initially but they've worn in now so they are fine. Very comfortable (for wellies) and look great. Neoprene upper is totally waterproof and flexible so it fits snugly round the leg. I've had them about a month and used them virtually every day for walking the dog and no issues so far. Hopefully they'll last a long time. Based on current experience, would recommend.

These boots are amazing. I have dogs and live in rural Scotland where we get a lot of rain, wind, snow and mud. I cannot believe I didn't buy a pair of these years ago. They have transformed my dog walking experience - no more soaking wet feet, no more mud creeping onto my socks. They are so cosy, so stylish, and the absolute perfect fit - you can wear them with ordinary socks so you don't need to pad them out with extra winter socks - you just buy the same size as your other average shoes. I've had regular wellies before, but I hated wearing them because they were uncomfortable and it was too hard to drive in them to get to where I wanted to go dog walking. As a result, I always wore my more comfortable walking shoes, but these were not waterproof and my feet were permanently soaking. These boots are the perfect solution - because you can walk in any terrain (yesterday I walked up a Monroe mountain in them so that tells you everything), and you can drive a car in them without that horrible feeling of lack of control you get with wellies boots. I cannot recommend these boots highly enough - you will not be disappointed.

Bought for my daughter. She’s really pleased with them, she says they fit perfectly and are warm and comfortable. They look good to me but they don’t have the deep treads that my elderly pair of Muck boots gave. It’ll be interesting to see how these last

Love my muck boots, I almost bought them a few years ago but bought Toggi Canyon boots instead but I decided to get a new pair and read reviews on many boots. I do a lot of dog walking in various weathers and need boots that are waterproof and comfortable for long walks. I also have wider calves so sometimes struggle with normal calf size boots. I also used to have muck boot chore but found them quite clumpy and heavy for walks - my mum now uses these and they are going strong several years down the line. I have had these boots for a few months now and absolutely love them, they are warm but not too warm, very comfortable, I put my Toggi's on one day and felt such a difference because they are quite worn now the muck boots are so light. I tend to live in my boots so bought black so that I could wear them anywhere. I usually wear these with merino socks and found on the few times I didn't wear those socks that the heel rubbed a bit so would recommend decent socks if you have that problem. One negative is that the grip isn't that great on them especially when it is icy but other than that I am very happy with them.

Comfortable. Waterproof. Easy to get on. Less easy to get off. The neoprene part slips down and can cause a ridge on the ankle, so not good for long walks, but Managed to roll them down to stop the ridge. I like them. And the size is correct 6=40. Wore them in the Arctic and they served their purpose.

I had seen these at a local garden centre for £89. I remember saying to my friend at the time "I would never spend that much on a pair of wellies" especially as I seem to go through a pair a year (lots of wet, winter dog walking). However, I tried them on, and they were just perfect. They have such a cushioned sole, that they feel like you are wearing a comfy old pair of trainers. That said, they are as light as anything, and not cumbersome to walk in. The calves have plenty of stretch, so will accommodate a range of calf sizes, and best of all, they are flock lined, so no more putting your warm foot into cold rubber! Obviously I didn't buy them at the garden centre, I ordered them on Amazon - a lot cheaper, and delivered to my door. Well worth every penny, even if I had spent £89 on them. And (so far) my feet have stayed completely dry. I will be pre-ordering my next pair for the day that these give out on me, as I don't want to be without them now.

Love these boots I wear 8 1/2-9 I ordered size 8 and was a perfect fit. They run alittle big on size ,waterproof , very comfortable lightweight easy cleanup. I wore them in 50* muddy weather. Just awesome ! Used on farm work , highly recommend

Absolutely love these boots. Easy to get on and off. Very warm. I walk my dog through the deep snow and my feet and lower legs are toasty warm. Definitely recommend these MUCKS!
