This product has a beautiful consistency which absorbs immediately, However, It does leave a shine on the skin, which is probay the astringent in the product but I notice that their cicaplast mains, (cicaplast for hands), Doesn't do this, and although the cicaplast mains is thicker, it can be applied and spread better on damp hands, besides causing the skin to feel smoother, too. Nor do I think it's as effective as their cicaplast baume. For me it's the glossy shine that' a deal breaker and that it doesn't seem to do anything that their baume or hand gel doesn't do.

For Post Skincare Treatment Use
I finished this tube a while ago. I really love the texture and the consistency of the product. It was non-greasy, light, and spreads well. Let me say this is a must have if you are going through any aggressive treatments. I was going through a really intense treatment of laser genesis and bloomea to reduce the appearance of my old acne scars. Post-procedure I am not allowed to use any skincare products containing acids or anything that will irritate the skin. This and baby moisturizer would be the only thing that did not cause any irritation or burning feeling post-treatment. It helped soothe and increase the recovery time after each treatment. I have also noticed it helps with any redness in the skin. The only downsize I would say is I wish there was a bigger size or more, but the cost is still well priced that I am going buy another tube so that I do not have to suffer from the post-op affects.
