It took me 2 days to build my couch but only because I work 12hrs, it was easy to build. It came in 3 boxes, but two came technically in the same box. Instructions were easy to read and all the pieces for the couch came in the boxes so i didn’t have to worry about missing parts. The couch came in as described, same color, style, and fabric. I will say that you must take out the cushions out of the plastic bag so that they can soften up and not be so sad looking.But, once finished building, the couch looks so lovely and it is very sturdy if you made sure it is all built well as said in the instructions (ALSO the instructions did not say anything about using washers for your screws but the screws package had washers, i only used them for the wood parts because it made more sense to me, you might understand why if you bought the couch).The couch cushions are firm, but you can easily swap the cushioning into something softer like memory foam or gel foam. I do love the pull out bed and the storage, i will say that when putting the pull-out bed together, it was the most hardest part until you figure it out.The couch is 85.5” wide with 76” in seating, if you have cats, this couch attracts them to scratch it up, so you might want to buy couch covers like i did or put a scratching post next to it. Overall, it is really nice and convenient, looks really well in my living room and is the perfect size for it. Couch looks good in a decent size living room.

The media could not be loaded. Great product some of the parts are in the sofa in the L shape part back it unzips and the parts are in there. Firmness is on the firm side but still comfy. Color is okay not a fan of it but it is okay. The storage is great for the extra pillows and blankets. It’s surprisingly durable, but still won’t plop down too hard on it. Love how easy it is to convert into the bed. It’s a very cute sofa for the price. It did take time to assemble it but fairly easy to assemble with 2 people.

The couch turned out nicely for the price! It's a perfect size and pretty durable considering my kids jump around on it all day. Thr chaise lounge is great storage. The charger works great also. Would purchase again. Set up was not too bad once you find all of the pieces.

I turned my garage into a tiny apartment and this couch is a perfect fit. I put it together by myself. The instructions are very clear, so I had no problems assembling it. The cushions are firm as others have noted here, I feel over time they will soften up some. I use this as my bed also so I put my memory foam bed topper on when going to bed and I sleep comfortably. The cushions also unzip so you could add your own memory foam to make it softer. The chaise lounge storage area is huge. I currently store my 10 person, 2 room camping tent and my screen room tent in there. I ordered the grey and the color is spot on. The usb ports on the side are an added bonus. The arms are interchangeable so you can put the usb port on either side, just pay attention to the arrows on the connectors. I highly recommend this couch. Especially if you have a small space.
