I found some cards from an older camera and my computer didn't have a port for them. I didn't want a device that would only read one type of card. This unit reads several cards without any issues. Priced well and has worked perfectly.

This product allowed me to retrieve pictures from some old smart media cards.

Quick and easy to use

I found one of my old digital cameras from the 90's, which had some crazy-looking giant SD car called a smart media card. None of my SD card readers were compatible, so I'm so glad I found this one that will do the trick. So cool that they still make products to support cameras all the way back to the 90's

Great card reader.

CF cards require 50(!) pin connectors. As such, readers, which have 50 of these very small pins, must have guides which align the card properly during insertion. Without these guides, it can be difficult to get all 50 pins aligned. Furthermore, without these guides, you WILL eventually start bending a few of the reader's pins, which will make the reader unusable for CF cards.ALL proper CF Card interfaces have these insertion guides. ALL OF THEM. All of them since the beginning of time. It is a REQUIREMENT for the hardware. If one does not have these guides, it is by default- a defective product.There is zero reason for this reader to be rated highly as shown. This unit is so defective in its design for CF readers, it proves that the high ratings for this product are fake.

This reader worked great to get pictures off of an old "Smart Media" card I found. The card was originally from an older Fujifilm digital camera. No additional software was required. I just plugged everything in and it worked using windows 10

Offers a lot of different sizes for those hard to find cards. Just plug it in and download whatever is on the card. Does not take up much room and fits easily into my camera case.

Versatile since it reads almost every card made. Had some old Compact Flash and Smart Media cards. Plugged in the reader then a card and found out the contents easily. Recommended.

Have an old Fugifilm digital camera that takes smartmedia cards, and this is the only unit I found that reads them. Recovered loads of old photos, great! Oh, it works on Windows 11 too.

Useless. Won't mount the disk. Tested on another device and it worked fine there. False advertising.

I was worried this wasnt going to work because smartmedia cards are *really* old and I'm using an M1 mac but it totally worked! super happy.
